Owner seems to care more about his ebay business than running a company that doesn't violate many state and federal labor laws. The owner also makes verifiably false claims not only to his customers but in his response here. I was laid off due to covid. If the owner wants to continue to lie then I will post receipts of not only his message telling me to go on unemployment but also a copy of the court records ruling in my favor when the owner tried defraud the UI system and me. Bottom line, the owner cannot be trusted.

Kyle Kontney arrived on time and was very thorough in diagnosing our problem, which we originally believed was with our router. When he determined the problem was our smart TV, he did not charge us for his visit, despite our efforts to pay him for the service call. Kyle Kontney lives by his business model, which is to "provide friendly, reliable services at a fair price". We trust Kontney Computer Group to address all of our computer needs.

This place has no business serving any community. The absolute worst customer service and dubious quality of work at best. I was charged for work that was never done. Their prices are absolutely insane and what they say they do, they don't. For example, I was missing several drivers on my computer that they supposedly updated. I paid $120 for them to push the update button, delete some temp files. Really? That's absurd. That's price gouging. Stay away, find a new IT service provider. You'll be glad you did.

Kontney is by far the best computer company I have ever worked with! There has never been an issue that they couldn't fix! They are SO knowledgeable, fast turn around time and so caring about what I actually need and what the needs are of our business. When buying equipment they have excellent prices. Never try to sell you something you dont need.

I have been doing business with Kontney Computer for years. They are very skilled and knowledgeable. Any issues I may experience, I call in and they promptly resolve them with their remote support service. I can't speak highly enough of Kyle and Carmen. Liz is great as well. Their customer service is five-star. I highly recommend using Kontney Computers in Big Bend, WI.

The Computer Company, Kyle Computer Group, has been extremely helpful with the updating and installation of a new computer I purchased. I had purchased a PC from Walmart for 500 dollars. It was very disappointing and so I took it to KCG to see what was wrong. They were very helpful with consulting me with what was wrong and have a very professional tone to everything they do. I would highly recommend any individuals who have issues with their computers!

I recently had my wife's computer go down. It would not even boot up. Took it to Kontney in Mukwonago and Kyle did a full work up at no charge to let me know what was wrong. It ended up being a bad hard drive. Kyle recommended a hard drive and provided all options to get us back up and running. He was able to reload Windows 10, and almost all software, and wow, the computer runs better than when it was new. They really know computers and how they tick. I would highly recommend this company if you need any computer help.
