Ingram Computer Services was opened in April 2002 by Matt Ingram. ICS started as a home based business offering onsite services to local businesses and residential clients.In April 2005 ICS relocated into its brand new office at the University Business Park situated at 1330 College Street.
In late 2002 NetSouthern Technologies was made to host websites for the incredible market Clarksville, Tennessee has to provide. NetSouthern focuses on web application development.
Matt Ingram's experience started in 1999 when he was the IT Administrator for Clarksville.Net which later became Clarksville Internet Services. He then continued working as an On-Site Technician at N&F Computers. In April 2002, he saw a niche in the service business that other firms were lacking and started Ingram Computer Services.

If anyone in the Clarksville area has any computer issues, we highly recommend this business! Our Dell computer crashed bad a few days ago and our backup didn't work! Matt was able to recover the data and is replacing the hard drive on our (less than three years old!) Dell. I was SOOOO worried about all the stuff I was in the middle of! Matt's my hero!

Brought my HP computer in that was out of commission for roughly over year, wouldn't power on or take a charge even when tried with a new battery, I thought I had blown the battery or fried the motherboard, but I took it to Ingram Technology, the lady who was at the counter was super nice and helpful, and let me know there was NO DIAGNOSTIC FEE! Had a solid line of communication from Matt through the website.
He told me it was only a bad power jack, but later upon further investigation, found the USB/AUX port had become corroded and prevented the laptop from turning on. No extra charge was added, and got my computer back up and running in good & reasonable timing! If you need your computers fixed, Ingram Technology is the best all-around! Will be back if I need anything else fixed!

The power button on my Dell laptop wouldn't depress so my computer wouldn't turn on. Brought to Ingram as I saw the reviews online and couldn't have been more pleased with the service and price. Ms Janice is a gift from above! I always feel nervous starting over everywhere we move finding a new place to go to for services. I called and immediately knew this was the place that will get all of my business. Very friendly and informative over the phone and even more friendly in person. I took my external hard drive to get fixed, and although Mr Matt was unable to fix it, I appreciated their quick service and fast communication! I could talk to Ms Janice all day! Will definitely come back here for any future issues!

when we were new here and i needed computer help, i got out the phine book [yellow pages] and looked for help. matt ingram was the most helpful over the phone, so i took my desktop there, and we've gone nowhere else since.
ingram has wizards for technicians and the people, esp janice, at the front desk, will take as long as you need to discuss your problem, what they did to fix it.
the expertise is great, the people are wonderful, and the prices are lower than i'd expected. we've been here for seven years and i can't think of anywhere i'd rather go.

I brought in 2 very old and unusable CPU's, and asked Ingram's to try to recover the pictures. They were able to recover almost all of both hard drives, Yay! Mrs. Ingram was friendly, professional and helpful. They nailed the big 3: The job was done correctly the first time, the price was fair and competitive, and the customer service was great. I will be a repeat customer, bringing in my laptop next month.

My employer's internet connection went on the fritz out of nowhere. After THREE different techs from our service provider couldn't diagnose the issue, one of them suggested Matt. It had been 48 hours in the dark by the time he showed up and I'd become frustrated and hopeless but he saved us. Not only was he knowledgeable and diligent, he was friendly and understanding.
