I took my Acer all-in-one computer here to erase a virus I had been hacked. They called me and explained that Windows 7 no longer had updates from Mircosoft and was easily hacked by theives. So they suggested that I upgrade to Windows 10, so I said go ahead and do the upgrade which they did. No more virus and a clean Computer just like new. All for the low price of $82.50.

And as an added bonus, they suggested that when Windows 10 asks to upgrade to Windows 11, don't do it. Windows 11 has many bugs to work out yet and I thought that was a great added plus for their business. I give this business a thumbs UP!

Dropped my computer off for repair and told they would evaluate it the next day. When I heard nothing back after four days called them. The clerk was rude and said the tech had not had time to look at the computer. Said he would call me. After five more days of not hearing, I called and was told that the tech still has not looked at it..but the clerk gave me an estimate.

After three more days and now two weeks, I still did not know when my computer would be looked at or the repair time-line or cost. And they would not call me. After enough with them, I called them, told them to keep the computer....I would report them. .and, needing a computer, bought a new one elsewhere.

Run, don't walk away from this organization. Dropped my computer off and they kept giving me the runaround as to when it would be repaired, cost, etc. They were rude when I inquired, but after several calls to them, they finally guessed at the time it would be repaired, but kept saying the tech has not looked at it yet. After two weeks of the bull, I finally told them to just keep the computer and I would buy a new one Horrible business.

I needed someone I could rely on that could do any needed repairs on my computer. After meeting with them I decided to give them a try. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. They even make home visits and can "log-in" and work on your problem.. All of this at a reasonable price..

The owner really knows his stuff and has great customer support I would definitely recommend to any of the gamers or computer builders

Great computer business & Ernst is the BEST! My husband has a small Dell laptop that he only uses when he's a patient in the hospital. During his latest hospitalization, I took it to him but he had forgotten his password so was unable to use it. He is now in a rehab center & is bored so I had to do something. I took it to another computer shop who said the only thing they could do was wipe it clean & he would lose everything on it plus it would be $80.00.

I checked & Advanced Networking & Computers had great reviews plus they were right up the street so I called them. So glad I did. They couldn't help with the forgotten password but came up with another workable solution. Only there for maybe 20 to 30 minutes. Thank you so much for your help! Y'all are the best!

I went to AdNet with my laptop because of all the great reviews. They lived up to them. Fixed my problem in 2 hours, very nice in explaining the problem and reasonable pricing. I recommend this place.

Gently informing me that I was stuck in Windows 7, the new Windows 10 Laptop AdNet suggested led me to chaos in my two businesses, and loss of valuable time and productivity. With transition problems growing and my learning curve not improving, Ad Net offered to get involved and resolve the issues. I didn't want to ask for individual help, but they have offered their time and direction, with a review of settings and demonstrations on the apps, which will hopefully jump start me into the next generation so I'm not left behind!

Support is essential to keeping up with technology. I'm not willing to get lost in the dust! I am so grateful for their help and can only expect to receive this treatment from a locally owned business. If they can get me up to speed it will be a true accomplishment. And then I will be able to help others, so we'll all benefit! Thank you AdNet! I promise a Fifth star when you get me to the comfort zone!

These guys are awesome! I called with router issues and they arrived for a house call that same day, diagnosed the problem, delivered and installed the new router we needed, checked everything, and got our home system up and running with several improvements, all for a very reasonable price. They are knowledgeable and friendly, they explain things in plain English, and their expertise is impressive. Who can say they actually enjoyed an IT experience? We can!
