Technology Masters has always been extremely helpful whenever I have a question. The building gets a lot of electrical brownouts for some reason and they've broken down backup systems and remote servers in detail so that I know if everything crashes my business isn't screwed. They're always extremely fast to respond and if the person answering the phone doesn't have an answer for me, they make sure to bring on someone who can answer it. I've had many discussions with Curt (the owner) and never get half-answers like I did with other companies. I would definitely recommend reaching out to them if you're worried about backups or computers crashing.

Rude as all get out. The make the appearance that they are a huge busy company, when in reality they can barely boast being a business. I've called a few times, I'm always put on hold, and generally brushed off. It's kind of like the the nightclub that has a long line outside, and when you finally get in, it is terrible, and there is nobody there. I normally don't say bad things, but this place is quite the joke, yes, i'm talking about the ragbag that hung up on me today.
