VaughanTECH was so helpful to me, me being a technology airhead. Unfortunately I had been hacked. It effected my PC and mobile phone and financial accounts. I was lost. Mr Vaughan wiped my pc clean and set me up with class A security system. I felt comfortable and they won my trust right away. It's so good to know I have a tech organization near by that I can trust.

I've spent some 23 years working as a manager of Information Technology teams with 3 different local governments. Now retired, I've taken 3 laptops in for memory and storage upgrades. These guys really know their stuff. I would have loved to have these guys working for me at any of the 3 localities. The only upgrade I had to wait on for more than a few hours was for a special memory component and that was completed within a few hours after they received the part. Great customer service and superior knowledge of what I needed. These guys ROCK!

Vaughan Tech is a diamond of a jewel in little old Smithfield. The team there is smart, aggressive, competent, nicely priced, and know how to meet what your issue is in a very responsive time frame. All businesses and PC owners should at least once a year have their PC examined, optimized and battery checked-surprise then is better than surprise on your own in the middle of something. Take advantage of their location and go get optimized! You will see the benefit.

My desktop HP finally bit the dust and being it that I just moved to the Smithfield area a few years ago I was concerned about what to do, where to get help and I remembered driving by this store a few times. I called, they were very responsive (in fact the best I've ever seen for tech), sincere and professional. So I took the computer to them. By mid-next day they confirmed the mother board was history and because it was a very old system probably not worth the cost to repair.

Lucky for me they have computers they build right there and ready for use. I found a great deal and finally got one with a SSD! and 1TB too! They even let me use my diagnostic fee toward a new computer! I took it home and everything I had on my old system was right there and ready for me and much faster too! A few days later a hardware issue with a few of the USB ports appeared and VaughanTech took care of that too and no cost to me! Very fast and effective---high quality service! I will not go anywhere else for computer repair or even purchasing one. They're my new one-stop shop!

Fast, friendly and affordable! VaughTech immediately went to work on my busted PC when I arrived. I had to leave the shop suddenly due to family emergency and they handled it with grace and were very understanding. They sorted out my PC in no time and made sure that I saw it working properly when I arrived to pick it up. My PC now runs better than it has before. I can't thank them enough for the service they provided.

I brought my PC in a few weeks back and the staff did an excellent job communicating by frequently updating me on the status of my PC. They did a very thorough work up to make sure everything was perfect when I picked it up. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

My 3 year old laptop computer got hacked so I took it in to VaughanTech. They cleaned it up, stripped out all of the crap created by the hackers and returned it to me in a day. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

Replaced my Mac book screen about a month ago! Super friendly, super honest, fast and friendly people!! If I ever need anything else I will definitely go see them again!

They were able to unlock my laptop and recovery data when nothing I tried worked, and others were saying I'd probably have to reset to factory. Friendly with just the right amount of professionalism. Reasonably priced and fast.

I would comment on FaceBook if I used it but this was the easiest way for me to compliment the service I received from owners. Although I had to make more than one visit to correct my Dell computer issues after initial problems they finally resolved and I was not charged additional costs. The owners provided great customer service and they have my repeat business.

I have been thrilled with the services that everyone has provided. They listen to you and help fill your needs. And they are super friendly! I highly recommend you call them for all of your computer/tech issues.

Let me tell you how they sold me not a half of thermal paste but literally less than a quarter! Allow me to post a pic. Sold it to me for $5.30 Best Buy has one for $6.99 but 4 times more than what this "IT STORE" is selling.

Have used their services several times. Recently brought in a laptop with a bad motherboard. They gave me the options and we chose to move everything from that computer to another. It works great and the service was fast. Great shop, glad they are in Smithfield.
