We can fix that slow, buggy network of yours or build a new one from scratch. We can also properly set up your wireless network to keep your neighbors from using it.
Data Transfer:
Computer Medics can transfer all the necessary data from your old computer to your new one quickly. We can also transfer all of your email and address book from any email program to another including Gmail or Hotmail.
Data Recovery:
Computer Medics has a specialized machine that can recover data from Hard Drives, Flash Drives, CD's, DVD's, Camera Cards, & even those old Floppy Disks. Data Recovery is less expensive than you might think and if we cannot recover the data there is NO charge for our attempt.
Web Hosting & Design:
All businesses should have at least a one page Web Site. Computer Medics can set you up with a one page site for $200 which includes the first year of Hosting. After the first year the cost is only $115 per year.

I founded Computer Medics back in 1999. Computer Medics was so succeesful that in 2002 we began selling Franchise around the Earth with the Mat-Su location being the business model. As of January 2011 there are over 80 Computer Medics branches. We are proud to have taken a small Alaskan business Worldwide yet remain small out here in the Valley to serve our customers as we have over the last decade.

I've had John repair 5 computers over the years. I've never been disappointed. he explains what is needed to fix whatever problem I was having the cost. Two of my computers were terminal due only to age and unavailable parts, he even searched for used parts on several forums. Service above and beyond. I highly recommend Matsu Computer Medics.

We got our father a Computer Medics appointment for Father's Day for the list of issues he had compiled about his computer system. Dad likes to figure things out on his own so was a bit skeptical about needing help. However, when Kendall did a home visit today (dad couldn't take the time during the beautiful summer weather), my father was sooooo impressed!
All his questions were answered and then some. He greatly appreciated the ease of discussing issues with Kendall as well as Kendall's amazing speed in working through them. The home visit went above and beyond dad's expectations. We couldn't be happier with the success of our Father's Day gift! I highly recommend Computer Medics to anyone looking for an expert in all things computer-related. Thumbs up from everyone in the family!

6 stars! No, make that 7 stars! I would have never guessed that a repair shop would fix my computer at the counter while I wait. He spent a good 45 minutes working on it while I was entertained by his dog and ate free Halloween candy. Not to mention, the price was extremely affordable. One week later I took my computer back to his shop, for a completely unrelated issue.
He fixed it at the counter, less than 30 minutes, more Halloween candy, more time hanging out with his dog and HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING Seriously, he would not accept my money. Thank you Mat Su Computer Medics

I have an older Dell Laptop that I was having difficulty with - it was very slow & was not connecting to the internet very well. I use my computer for on-line classes, so it is relatively important to have working effectively & efficiently. John is AMAZING - He was professional and kind; & is an expert in his field. I would not go anywhere else. He fixed my computer very quickly & by far exceeded all of my expectations. His cost was more than fair. Best & most trustworthy IT service I have ever encountered. I know John personally, and to have his business operating and being successful for 18 years now, speaks volumes. I've had 2 laptops fixed, one with MAJOR problems and he was able to get them back to normal. It was such a sigh of relief having someone fix them and not having to just junk them. He is very knowledgeable and his prices are VERY fair. I've been to others who couldn't fix my laptop and charged way too much. I'll never go anywhere else! Thanks John!

We have tried a few other computer guys around town but never felt like they were fully competent to work on our office computers. One of our suppliers "David" was in a couple years ago and he could see that we were having some problems with our network. He asked who we used, we told him who it was and that we've had this problem ever since (and yes, we did ask him to come back which he did but the problem never was fixed).
Anyway David recommended Matsu Computer Medics who they have used for years at their office. John from Computer Medics came in the next day and found the problem was a poor quality home made cable that was made by the previous guy that came out. He replaced it with one from his truck, fixed a couple other minor things and was out the door in an hour.
Wish we had called him first because it would have saved us thousands of dollars in lost productivity. Anyway. he was in here Friday to replace our oldest computer with a new one and fixed Windows 8 so it was useable.

I've used several computer guys over the years and like with most service companies you just settle for whoever shows up and doesn't seem to scam you.
John has been provided outstanding service for my company since 2004. In fact I see him as being a huge asset to my company and has been one of the main reasons my company has been able to keep because he's kept our operating costs low which has made us more competitive in the market.
