Tech Shield exceeded my expectations in speed of repair. Lotfy M. at Tech Shield had possession of my laptop one minute under twenty four hours. Amazing. Lotfy is ultra professional, personable & easy to relate to. I'm a fifty plus year old, & don't respond well to on-backwards-baseball-cap wearing hipsters. lol. You won't get that at Tech Shield.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, fast. I had a problem with my Mac, and the Apple store had a three hour wait just to talk to me about it. Best Buy couldn't figure it out, and said it would take two weeks to send out and fix.
