RJG Computers started out in a one bedroom apartment and advanced very quickly. Thanks to the support and the word of mouth from our awesome clients, we are now located across the street from AutoZone on Nederland Avenue. We have outgrown two different locations and hope to stay at this location for years to come.

HDMI Replacements is a very common problem. It is either broken physically from people taking them to friends houses or the console has come defective. If you suspect there is something wrong with your PlayStation, Xbox, or another gaming console's HDMI bring it by RJG Computers and we'll be happy to help.

Have taken my iPhones in for repair for at least 7+ years now. Have always been upfront on cost, part availability and restocking times if something was out of stock. Very reliable on estimated repair times. Even when phones are severely damaged they have been able to repair them without going over their original estimate or possible parts list. I highly value their opinion and recommend their services for anyone that needs a one time service or lifetime service.

Due to my profession I needed a charger for my laptop, (like yesterday) I went to Walmart, Office Depot, and Best Buy. Out of the 3 stores none were in stock. (They had them online only for 69.99) I found RJG in Nederland on Google. I called and asked if they had the specific charger I needed. He said they had plenty! Just bring my laptop by and they will do their best to help me out or find one compatible. NOT ONLY DID THEY HAVE MY EXACT CHARGER I NEEDED but the name brand and FOR 1/2 the price of the big box stores. Amazon had them but they're generic and we all know how that goes. Jace was friendly, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable.
I had never noticed the place but if you have any computer, laptop, phone, or electronic problems or want upgraded mods, I would strongly suggest RJG. Honest, reasonable people, that had something in stock when NO ONE ELSE DID. Thanks, guys!

The service may have been timely but that is the only positive note i can give. As for the service I can't say the same. If you have hardware or a machine you care about that you might consider fragile. Do not bring them here to be handled carefully because they will NOT be. I was assisted by marquis and after dropping parts of the pc on the floor and mangling cables in front of me he did not take any responsibility or apologize. He was showing aggravation and irritability while explaining himself instead of taking responsibility. My visit was very poor and unprofessional.

When I walked in I was greeted by someone quickly. I explained I had messaged last night about getting my sons iPhone 7plus battery replaced. He said it would be about 10 minutes. I dont think it was even that. He was quick and polite and Knew what he was doing. First time going there and having something worked on. Would return if I needed something else.

Was at work today and finally stopped procrastinating about getting my phone fixed. I came by during work and dropped off my phone to have the screen replaced and it only took them about 10-15 minutes. When I picked it up I had noticed that the technician took extra steps and even cleaned my speakers and charging ports as well. The price never changed from the original quote and all in all they were really friendly. If my screen breaks again I'll definitely be coming back.

I was referred to this place by a friend, and I'm really glad I was. I have a Samsung 9+ and most places offer screen/display replacement only, as in they won't only replace the screen because it's easier to replace it all. Well, instead of having to pay $220-$300 for repairs, it cost $140. They also cleaned out my charge port and speakers because they're cool like that. Also, they were polite and professional over the phone and in person with me.

I would highly recommend this place if you need any repair! You can schedule an appointment. They are very helpful and have excellent customer service! It only took 15 minutes to repair my (iPhone XS) front screen and they did a great job! I didn't even wait long and it felt like only 5 minutes passed by. I would come here again when I need another repair!

Great service and helpful staff. My sons phone broke and we brought it to the horrible place in Central Mall. They kept it for 2 days for a broken screen. When they finally said it was ready we picked it up and shelled out $150. Only a week or so went by and his phone stopped working again. We took it to RJG and they informed us that the other people only did a hard reset.for $150 with no warranty. We were more than pleased with the service at RJG. We paid $125 and received their 90 day warranty. I would recommend them to anyone.

Cant be more pleased with RJG computers! Had a broken Samsung phone I brought to Tony at RGJ. I had spent well over an hour speaking with Verizon and Samsung. They sent me to Geek Squad who couldn't repair. Tony had me fixed up in minutes. While there, I watched them make several customers happy. Why go anywhere else!

The shattered screen. Nothing more annoying. But hey, I had the insurance (what a joke). Walked in to Verizon, waited an eternity for my turn. The "low energy" staff told me my options. None were quick, or fiscally appealing. Called these guys. Tony quoted me a LOWER price than Verizon (with my worthless insurance) and said it would take about 5 minutes. Awesome.
I think it took 4. Don't waste time going anywhere else. Next time.this is my first call. (Oh, and had you gone on Halloween like I did, you'd have been treated to a Pikachu fixing your phone. )

Normally whenever something goes wrong with anything involving technology I fix it myself but my phone screen has been a persistent issue and I didn't have time to wait for another screen to come in. Describing what was wrong with the phone they knew off the bat what a few issues where from which I could only guess. After that we discussed price and how long it would take, all it took was a quick 15 minutes and I had a high quality screen onto my iPhone and I was good to go. Friendly, quick, and informative are a few words I'd use to describe these people. If there's anything more I need help with they are my to go as I suggest they should be yours.

I needed a new battery for my iPhone. Apple told me I would have to mail my phone off and would be without it for a minimum of a week to two weeks. I called RJG computers they told me they had a battery in stock to bring it in they would fix it. I went right in. They fixed my phone in about 10 minutes and were so nice. I highly recommend them. Their customer service was awesome. Thank you RJG for getting me back in business.

Dropped my phone facedown and in addition to shattering my screen, I somehow also broke my back camera and flash. I recalled friends who’d brought their phones to RJG for repairs so figured I’d try too. Tony installed a new screen, added a tempered glass screen protector, and installed a refurbished back camera/flash, and I only got charged for the screen installation.
These people are not trying to get you to make costly “repairs” so they can get a paycheck—they’re skilled professionals who genuinely want to help you. I’ll never go anywhere else for my electronics!

I just left from here getting my screen replaced and the service is amazing! Tony replaced my screen in about 10 mins and provided me information on this great screen protector which I ended up getting and he installed that for me as well. He also helped me pick out a new case that would work best with my new screen protector all with a great attitude! If you need your screen replaced or need more info on phone protection, I would definitely recommend you go here and ask for Tony!
