So glad I took my computer to Tim. She was an older computer and quit. Instead of just buying an expensive computer right away we thought of Tim and contacted him. He responded right away and determined it was not fixable. I was pleased when he suggested he buy a used one same model and he would be able to load our material on it. So for a very reasonable fee he corrected our predicament. I hope to get a few more years out of this replacement . The work was done quickly and on time. Very easy to work with him and I credit him with saving us two thousand dollars at least! Thanks Tim
