Due to covid issues I did not want to go out. So I called Mobile computer repair. They came to my home very quickly, and both the technicians were wearing masks and using hand sanitizers. I felt like I was a premium customer or something. Very impressed with the quick and helpful nature.

I was in a panic when my computer crashed and called this service out of the blue with no referrals, and am I glad I did. Darren and Carlo are the best. out here in a flash, very professional and they were even able to help me remotely when I had additional concerns. Highly recommend

My gf had an issue with her laptop so I called Mobile Computer Repair to get an estimate on fixing this problem. The gentleman that I spoke with was so nice and honest! After asking me some questions about the devices and what occurred, he gave me some things to check first which might eliminate the need to bring it in. I really appreciated this help and I definitely got the impression that he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

As it turns out, I couldn't fix all the issues and my GF needed to bring it her laptop to them. She was very impressed with their customer service and their support. Mobile computer repair team is fantastic! specially Darren.

Darren has inept techs---he charges high prices and poor service---he came by my home and made threats to trash my car--and would not leave my door----he has anger problems, and is a criminal----LAPD report was made----poor service---damage to my computer--and harassment----he needs anger MGM and perhaps being arrested for yelling at and coming over to my home----I suggest a arrest and legal judgement---he is mentally ill and dangerous---I suggest he be able to accept the arrest and legal actions---and get mental help--perhaps a long term in prison might give him a reality check

My workplace was having some technical challenges, and I worked for two weeks on troubleshooting the issues without any success. The problems were simply beyond my abilities. I was granted approval to hire an I.T. guy, and after many conversations, I went with Mobile Computer Repair. The owner, Darren, spent nearly an hour of his own time in three different evening phone calls from me last night.

He was knowledgeable, friendly, mellow, and amazingly patient with my questions. He had two techies out to my workplace the very next day.

Today, Carlo and Charles came to my workplace, and these fellows were amazing. They conquered every system issue I had, and they did not give up when one glitch in particular was blocking them. Darren had estimated by phone that the job should not take more than an hour and a half.

Everything seemed straightforward by phone. So when Carlo and Charles got blocked, they stopped charging us at the two-hour mark. However, these guys persisted, and worked another hour until they were able to resolve the issue.They only charged us for two hours. Fellow Yelpers: this company also offers a Yelp check-in service of 20% off the first hour.

Carlo and Charles really took down my stress today, and they will be by go-to IT fellows from here on in.

I'm hopeful to use them to update our server, which is quite old. Finally -- these two guys drove from West Hills to Beverly Hills and arrived at 9AM on the dot! Thank you SO much, Carlo and Charles! Darren, thank you too. You are all professional and terrific.

Fixed it instantly. My computer was running so slow. I called these guys and told them what was happening. They told me to do a few things and viola my computer was instantly working great. The best part was they didn't charge me it was free. I offered to give them my card to pay and they said it was free and I didn't need to pay. They said they offer free help over the phone. Wow one nice company out there in the world. I will for sure always use them whenever I need help.

Whenever I have a computer issue I call these guys. Darren is always very helpful he usually just tells me what to do on the phone and its fixed in 1 minute. I have the utmost confidence in them. Trust is the most important thing and I trust them completely. Great company!

After interviewing around 10 of them Darren arrived at our door steps. A ray of light compared to all the other ones that came through. Hes sharp knows how and what to do. You see we needed to upgrade our old server to a new one. Darren built ours created our own cloud in our office and remotely manages everything for us. We feel secure and happy with all the work he has done.

After careful consideration We chose Mobile Computer for their server expertise. We have a medium sized business and occasionally need help with our systems. Their team takes care of us whenever we need. Its like having an IT guy working at our company but we don't have to pay him to sit around and do nothing. Our email server works great without problems. Everyone should have this team on there side.

Arrived on time and took care of our issues rather quickly. Friendly good service free software and help.

My Laptop was bombarded with a bunch of viruses that would not let me open up mozilla, microsoft word, or even internet explorer. I could not take notes and I was constantly getting pop-ups. I called Mobile Computer Repair. They came to my house and had it fixed in 1 hour. They were also able to clean it out without losing any of my important files (notes, pictures, data). They came out to our office right away. Our computers were all not working due to the internet being out. It took them 5 minutes and we were all back to work. Fast guys who know what they are doing.
