I spent 5 hours on the phone with charter.net tech support and got nowhere, I took my computer to a local shop and they returned it, unfixed and with the monitor mis-adjusted and then a third tech came out and told me he can't fix email, just what's inside the computer! This was such a nightmare at this point that when Alan called from USA Computer Services I hung up on him, disgusted and tired after spend at least 10 hours, just trying to fix my email.
