Sparky is the very best! His work is amazing and we trust him with all of our personal computers and all of our company phones and iPads! He works on our work laptops and phones that get a lot of use and abuse and he keeps them in good running shape! I highly recommend him!

The owner is ever nice. The store was very clean. I would recommend a friend and/or family member to go. I bought an apple pen for my daughter.

Everyone in town quoted me a week turn around time but here he fixed my laptop in 2 days and did it cheaper than everyone else was quoting.

Who'd have thunk to go to the Orchard to pick an Apple. Sparky did and opened the Apple Store about two years ago. It's adjacent to his original shop Recovering Computers. Sparky is an expert in reviving nearly dead PCs and selling them at low prices for shoppers like me. I have bought five of them myself.

Took my 2016 iPhone SE to Sparky for a new battery - he stocked batteries for this old phone, and had the repair done within hours. Cannot recommend this place enough for Apple repairs, plus, support local!

Very good Service and fast turn around time. I needed a battery replaced in my MacBook Pro laptop and they had the battery available and in stock. The job was completed in two hours and I got my machine back before the weekend. I use this machine all the time and can not be without it even for a day. I would recommend them for any Mac repairs. Great service.

Great service and my computer was fixed in a couple hours. After Apple told me to do a complete wipe (which didn't work) and then told me it was going to be a $$$ fix I decided to call The Orchard to see if they could do anything and the owner (David) told me to bring it in and he'll look at it. A couple hours later and $100 my computer was up and running for about 1/5 of the cost Apple would charge me. Great customer service and great work, definitely recommend going here if you have Apple products!

Not the biggest but the BEST. He was great. First, they had a battery for my 2016 IPhone SE. Everywhere I went, I was told that no one had the battery and Apple did not even produce them anymore. Everyone was proved wrong. Second, he was able to get my IPad mini to work again. It was sitting in my desk for almost (4) years. No one, and I mean NO ONE, could figure it out.

I went to the Apple store, with no luck. I was told to contact Apple Support. They told me to throw it away. No lie. The Orchard saved me money, time, and a lot of stress. I highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their Apple products.

Within seconds of texting Dave to see if he could fix my cracked IPhone I had an appointment to get it checked out. I dropped it off at his store 20 minutes later and no longer than 2 hours after my initial text my phone was fixed. Amazing service and very honest. I would highly recommend using The Orchard for any needs you have.

Just had my MacBook Pro tuned up at The Orchard and they did an amazing job. Dave was extremely helpful and took care of all my needs. The turn around time was quicker than I planned. My computer runs and looks as good as new. I should also mention that I bought this MacBook Pro used from them in 2015 and it is still running strong. Thank you for the great service.

I was very happy with my service and how much money i saved. It's cheaper to get your iPhone repaired here then if I sent it into Verizon. And doesn't take an appt like Genius Bar at the apple store. I will be returning to The Orchard for all my needs and help with apple products
