I called and left a message with their voice mail and they didn't call me until the next day. This was not an issue because upon calling, Brandon quickly scheduled a time to come out and look at my computer. When he arrived, it only took him about 15 minutes to figure out that I had an issue with my processor heat sink. Believe it or not, he actually had a replacement unit with him that he installed.
After it was setup, he checked everything else out and did a few minor things that helped speed the system up. After the work was complete, he presented me with a bill for $40, including labor, parts and travel - A GREAT bargain for ANYONE! I highly recommend giving this guy a try. I know he was able to resolve my problems and the price was unbeatable for the service!
