Needed some help with a couple of different things on my laptop and 911 was able to handle them all remotely. I stayed right here at my house, and using a special program was able to allow them to log into my computer remotely and watch them go to work. Convenient and easy, and they will stay with you to make sure everything works how it should no matter what it takes. Much appreciated.

When my laptop computer crashed all of a sudden, I contacted Tony at 911, expecting to get a quick fix. A quick fix I got! Initially, he answered and asked me to send him a photo of the screen to see if he could make a quick diagnosis. Upon sending the photo, he knew exactly what was going on and offered to pick up the computer the very next morning, so that he could repair it.

I expected it to take a few days to repair. Instead, he repaired it in a few hours! All the while, he delivered the computer back to me at my specified location. He also sent several updates and photographs of the process along the way and was very honest and up front about his pricing and business. Tony picked up and dropped off my computer. He consulted choices for upgrades and gave me play by play of the repair. Now my computer is humming! Oh yes in very reasonable prices.

Asked Tony to rewire a new system I got and install a power supply, and the overall work came out looking amazing, it's 100% the best wire management I've ever seen in a PC.

I had a problem with my Windows 7 and Tony was able to remotely fix the glitch. Took about ten minutes for him to get my 2013 PC laptop acting brand new. He's is just the best person in terms of skills and people sklls.

Was supposed to take a day or two, Tony took almost 2 weeks to complete. He did have a health issue and AS a compassionate person I was OK with it. However, when I picked up the laptop, I noticed coffee stains on it and questioned him, he said he would just clean it. When we got home we discovered that the case was also cracked and the coffee stains were deep inside the front ridges all the way back to the USB ports.

After deceiving and lying to us that he did not spill coffee or drop the laptop, he finally admitted to it via text. Mind you, this is a $750 Lenovo touchpad. Tony is not responding to any of our calls or texts. We have an expensive laptop that has a cracked front and back case and coffee that is been spilled right thru it. I am at a loss of words on how a business can conduct itself in this matter.

Just had my computer repaired here. Super friendly, small shop. My computer needed a new motherboard and it was fixed in under a week. Tony was very communicative the entire time he had the computer. He even pulled a few crucial documents out of the memory and emailed them to me so I had access to them while my computer was out of service. He also sent a few pictures to illustrate the work that was being done. My computer is working perfectly and the screen is even spotless (it was not spotless when I dropped it off lol).

I can't say enough good things about Tony and 911 Computer Repair. My seven year old cpu runs perfect after Tony recovered ALL my data and cleaned up multiple virus's and spyware that had totally shut me down. All this in 24 hours! After I brought my cpu home and hooked it up Tony spent another several hours on the phone and remotely on my. computer showing me what to do (and not do!) to keep my system clean and operating perfectly.
