Owner talks down to customers. Very snug and "superior" since you are the unskilled/unacknowledged person with the computer issue. Very difficult to communicate with. Again.very smug. He put a harddrive in my computer which was originally 900 gb. I was NOT informed and now have a hard drive with 465gb. Go there as you will but you can go at your own risk.

He was prompt w/scheduling, extremely knowledgeable and effective, kept me posted with updates while my computer was being repaired and turnaround time was very quick. I have been taking my computers to Tom since 2010 and that alone should be indicative of the level of trust I have in him and the level of the proficiency of his work. Within those several years I've experienced numerous issues with my computers with lost data, back ups, malware, spyware, unwanted downloads and many others that I can't even explain.

Tom at PC Crisis has been taking care of my computers since 2013, when the company was located in Cornelius. He has assisted me with Windows issues, backups, setup and data transfer to a new laptop, and most recently he handled a tedious and time consuming warranty repair through Dell. Tom is reliable and thorough, and provides updates throughout the repair process. He also takes the time to explain technical issues in a way that I can understand (which is NO easy task!). PC Crisis provides quality service at a reasonable price.

Have used Tom's services for many years; he knows everything about PCs, programs, etc. I take him problems and he understands the problem better than I do and quickly. Never leaves you hanging; gets on it right away. Pleasant always; never makes me feel like a dummy even though I am when it comes to computers. Easy to reach by phone. I don't know what I would do without him; I am always panic'd and helpless. Tom is a gem and a genius.

He has always found a solution for me or fixed my problem. Tom is accessible, efficient, affordable. He just fixed a problem for me yesterday remotely by logging onto my home computer.

Tom's simply the BEST. That's not just from me, but from others I met in the "tech field" who happen to know him. After numerous visits (for varying reasons) Tom has always been able not to only Dx, but really find root-cause for my issues. I have nothing but 100% confidence in his knowledge and ability to navigate the insane ever changing platform upon which technology teeters. You just do not need to worry -- he knows what he's doing (and what "they are doing") and he fixes it. I know many people follow him, as he moves, even from other states. And that is because he is trustworthy, and rarely -- -- ethical. 100% ethical. And I am not alone in my opinion.

I had accidentally gotten liquid into the display while cleaning the screen and it stopped displaying. Thomas worked diligently to find a replacement display as they hard to come by. In fact he found 3. However the first two arrived damaged. But the third time was the charm. I totally recommend PC Crisis for their customer service, expertise and honesty.

I have a broken ssd and slow hard drive and window boot loop he fix it with price worthy spending in two days I try to fix it in other place at first but they rip me off and didn't fix anything and when I find this place This guy he good and honest what is broken and give me a really good price too and now my laptop working and faster than when I have it before I am glad I can play all my favorite game again

They did a great job when my computer crashed and saved all of my data to an external drive. They were very helpful and timely. I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely the Best! Tom is an EXPERT. I have used PC Crisis several times. This time I dropped off my laptop to remove a nasty virus; he had it ready for me by the end of the day. He recommended a better antivirus software and recommended additional memory. I said go for it. My laptop screams!! It wasn't this fast the day I bought it. On a prior visit he recovered all of my pictures, music and most improtantly a novel I was writing from a hard drive that failed. I have absolute trust and confidence in Tom.

A virus struck my computer on a Sunday afternoon. For a "fine" of just $300, I could have it removed. I thought Tom at PC Crisis would have a better solution and 15 minutes later, the virus was gone at a fraction of the price of the fine. Tom does it again, as he always does.
