I thought my laptop was a goner, I called Dragora and within a half an hour I had dropped my computer off to be looked at. Within an hour he was able to tell me what the issue was, and talked me through multiple solutions and different options we had to be able to fix it and restore all of my files & pictures. Got the hard drive replaced (and upgraded) and picked it back up that same evening! Everything was thoroughly explained and I felt well informed throughout the process, and at a great price. Would recommend!

Took my laptop to Mark but it was too far gone. He returned it to me 5 minutes later. There was no work done, so no rating. After further consideration, I realize I should NOT have given a 1-star review. In all fairness, Mark returned my laptop to me with the explanation that he could not promise it could be fixed, or that he would be able to transfer everything onto a new computer because he felt the hard drive may be ruined.

Rather than spend time trying - with the possibility of no success - and billing me for his time, he did the fair thing by returning it to me. I thank Mark for his honesty and changed my rating to 5-star.

I just want to say that Mark was awesome! My laptop screen cracked and I was panicking because I had business meetings in three days for my new company. Not only did Mark have my laptop fixed in two days but he is reasonably priced! On top of everything my laptop is still working great! I recommend Dragora Technologies to everyone!

Company does not do all services listed on website. I inquired about home networking and was told they did not do it. Also, when I called I was greeted by just a "hello". Businesses usually will greet you with the business name so a potential customer knows they called the right place.

Have used Dragora both for my home and business needs and the owner is an expert that always gets it done fast and right. Recently bought a couple of their used computers and couldn't be happier with the price, performance and responsiveness. I highly recommend this great little gem.

My computer started making beeping sounds and wouldn't boot, I went on the internet to find a repair facility, I called Dragora and was surprised when the guy said bring it right over. I was expecting to drop it off and pick it up when it was finished. He got right on it and found out it was an easy fix, he charged me an extremely fair price. I would definitely recommend his services. The guys name is Mark and if you need computer work give him a call

I went out of my way to drop off my laptops for repair today, and apparently there was no one there. If your hours say you're open, I would expect you to be open. Wasted my time, and lost my business. Update your hours if you're not going to actually be there during the times listed.

Up to now my dealings with this guy have been ok. But after my last repair going bad after just 8 weeks and Mark acting like, "so what do you expect from me?". I will never do business with with person again!.He is not a business person at all. Will not return phone calls and expects me to buy my own parts. I am planning on taking him to court for his last repair on principal alone.

He has no clue what he should say or do. Not a business person at all, better off as just a worker. All this over a very small repair. Time for you to get a lesson in how to run a business boy!

Dragora technologies is my first choice for IT support in the Philadelphia area. Mark is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend Dragora Technologies because Mark has done wonders with my laptop.

Great little business! They're located in Bellmawr and service is by appointment only which was something I didn't know, but it's really easy to schedule service with them if you need computer repair. They're right off of 42 where 42 and 295 meet, which was really convenient for me because I work in Philly. I was able to drop the computer off on the way to Philly and to my surprise they had it ready the same day so I was able to pick it up on the way home. VERY CONVENIENT!

I was getting hard drive errors and then my laptop wouldn't boot so I figured it was the hard drive. I called the big box store and they said 5-7 days to get the computer back. The price was quite a bit less than the big box store as well. They were able to confirm it was the hard drive, install the hard drive, migrate data from the old hard drive and then install Windows and do it days before the other guys would have even looked at it most likely. Very happy.

Great experience. Would recommend to anyone. My year old laptop would no longer work because my power jack died. Dragora gave me an estimate of time and cost, kept to schedule and estimate. It as fixed and has been working perfectly for a month now. Thank you Dragora!
