I cannot say enough about the professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge of the team at TechVoo, especially Edgar! They have now helped me with one major issue and one minor issue with my laptop. The cost for their expertise is more than reasonable given my previous experience with other providers - whom only put a band aid on saying I needed a new hard drive. TEchVoo is the best for computer assistance - either dropping off your computer or through their remote service! Highly recommended.

TechVoo was amazing. I had both a wired and wireless network installed for my home and business. Both over the phone and in person all staff I interacted was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. They were willing to answer questions and even asked great questions that made me realize some ways to even further improve the solution I had requested. TechVoo is a breath of fresh air in the networking contractor space. Thanks again.

We have been working with Tech Voo for many years and appreciate each and every person that works there. The entire staff is helpful, efficient and hardworking. We started out using the company for a few repairs and then we started purchasing computers. Currently we use them for our 2 different restaurants for the daily online features, and they are the BEST. Their prices are affordable, they are always there in emergency situations and everyone is dedicated. Thank you each and everyone!!

Can't say enough about how helpful Techvoo is. They are completely reliable, professional and patient. I needed help setting up a Dropbox to move years of personal files from an old desktop to a new separate secure server. This company made that overwhelming process very easy. They also established a new email for me, transferred my calendar and helped set up my Iphone accordingly. This company is a fantastic resource.

TechVoo has proved to be very worthwhile for me. Edgard setup my MacBook Pro and serviced my printer today. I use their virus monitoring and virtual help as well and purchased our Lenovo Windows 10 system from TechVoo in September 2019. All in all I am very Happy with TechVoo and all of the techs I have worked with.

Almost laughable - except that it cost us $149. It was $149 to try and sell us on equipment that we would need if we were trying to day trade from our house. We wanted to boost our wireless a bit for more consistency, if we were willing to spend $6,000 and be left with holes in the wall and a contractor to fix and paint they would be the ones. Seems a bit excessive and sounds more like we paid them to come out and they tried to do a cash grab or take advantage? - when asked about it they said they could lower it to $1,300 and it "may" work.
They may do great computer repair work i can't speak to that but if it is another service needed to share what to expect. That may be a business model for them but not one i choose to be a customer of, buyer beware.

A laptop several years old, suddenly wouldn't turn on, which is always at home, rarely used, maybe two three times a month. For the first time, I decided to check out an electronic repair shop, Techvoo, in order to save the earth with a pure hope that it won't cost too much to fix. And I was wrong. 1. As I entered the shop to drop off the laptop, $50. 2.
As the person needs to open the laptop cover, (internal repair), $150. (Initial $50 is included, but frankly how can one fix things without opening it.) 3. The person recommended to change motherboard for $80. (on ebay I could find it for $40) 4. $230 to proceed plus, unknown extra $ in the future, not guaranteed. I didn't bother to talk further as the cost of non-guaranteed fix (changing motherboard was a recommendation, not a fix) reached more than half the cost of the laptop.
I originally bought it for $350, and I see similar spec, used, laptops for $200 and new ones for $300 in many places. So I paid them $150 and took the laptop home. I should be happy to support a local business while gaining nothing. And sorry that spending $150 is all I could afford. Everybody needs to make a living, but neither should I spend $150 for nothing. Laptop came back home, spent gas, spent money. Thank you.

We have used Tech Voo for simple equipment repair projects all the way up to on-site server and network installations as well as remote troubleshooting projects at our business. Every time we call TechVoo their response is quick, efficient, professional and successful! The team at TechVoo knows their stuff. They also know how to speak plainly with customers when explaining technical system info that sounds like another language sometimes. Highly recommend the TechVoo team!

These guys are the BEST! I run my own business and can always count on them for quick, reliable, friendly service. I get my company and personal computers fixed here and buy computers from them when I'm in need. I can trust them to provide expert advise, great repair and honest treatment - forget the big box stores and geeks and SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SMALL BIZ!

This business has more then one location Glen Ellyn & Elmhurst Illinois etc. etc. The owner-manager Amit, seems to think he is more important than his costumers, and won't take the time to listen to you if you have many questions. I caught him and his employees in more than THREE OUT-RIGHT LIES. THERE TOTAL DISHONESTY and scamming people is pretty sickening COMPLETE LIARS!
They are also untrustworthy about the products they sell. As a consumer I would " not buy or allow them to fix anything " I would STRONGLY ADVISE staying FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

I've been back there 4 times now in about as many months. Purchased a used computer and I don't expect it to be perfect but come on. Three times for a charging problem. 2nd time adapter was replaced. 3rd time the guy wanted to charge $45 just to look at it b4 he even tested adapter. Guess what it was the adapter, then Elmhurst office wanted him to charge me $55 for a used adapter or I could drive further east to the Elmhurst location and purchase a new adapter for guess what?.$55.00! Nah. I went to Best Buy. The Glen Ellyn store doesn't seem to have any authority and always calls Elmhurst prior to proceeding w/ anything. I won't be back.

I am writing my review after taking my laptop to these guys this weekend. From the minute I called I could tell these guys knew what they were talking about. Before I even explained what I did to my computer, Andy was already telling me where I went wrong and how to fix it. There are 3 guys that work here and all were very helpful. They explained exactly what I had seen on my computer before even seeing it. Needless to say I was impressed from the get-go.
When I brought my computer in, it was estimated to be done within a day or two. I brought it in on a Friday afternoon and it was done Saturday morning. Geek Squad estimated me 3 weeks! What a joke. Stick with these guys for your computer needs - they know what they're doing and charge a flat fee ($129.00) that they tell you about upfront. I would definitely recommend to a friend with computer needs.

I am writing this review on my newly charged laptop thanks to Fast On Site! Let me tell you, this place has great service. I went in there, went to a 3 hour class and got a phone call saying it was ready for pick up. My D/C jack to my laptop fell through, and I wasn't able to charge it. The guy took down my information and then told me that it would cost $129 plus the price of the part. Depending, he said it would be about 20-40 bucks and it takes 3-5 business days, then they would fix it the same day they receive the part.
I was "content" to pay that much because earlier I took my laptop to Fry's Electronics where I purchased my warranty from and they told me that it was not covered by my warranty, and they'd charge $70 to diagnosis, then to replace about $150. Sorry, but how the F#$!#@ would I have done something to my laptop internally? The manager even told me he rarely sees the damage I had on my laptop.
Another location would have charged me $229. Any-hoo, I come back a couple hours after I sent it in, and this guy named Randy explained to me IN GREAT DETAIL what happened to my d/c jack. He told me that Toshiba makes the area out of plastic and glue and other lingo I wasn't quite understanding, but pretty much he said IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME TO TOSHIBA LAPTOPS! (beat that Frys!) He replaced my jack (or whatever it is to charge my laptop with something more sturdier than plastic and wielded it in there.
So now it's possibly even then before. Sadly, he had to open up my computer anyway to get to that section, whick required taking it apart and there goes the 129$. I didn't have to pay for what he replaced, which was nice because it saved me money. With a $10 tax, $140 isn't bad and I truly enjoyed my short but worth-while trip to Fast On Site. Professionals who know what the heck they're talking about and aren't ripping you off to make money, but most importantly they'll get you computer back to you in no time.
