I am very happy to have found Panhandle PC Repair to help me when my PC laptop hard drive and motherboard crashed and I was in a real jam without the laptop. Besides being located very conveniently to my home, Kyle was very responsive, friendly, and straightforward from the start and all the way. I've taken a laptop (2019) and my desktop computer (Jan 2022) to Kyle at Panhandle PC to access the problem and help me make a decision on either fixing existing unit or replacing. Both times, the decision was to fix, cost to do so less than replacing a unit. I've never felt any pressure either way and Kyle quickly resolves the problem, which prevents a lot of down time and being without a device.
It's good to feel you get honest assessments when you have to rely on others' knowledge and expertise. I recommend and trust Kyle with my computer issues and was glad to learn recently he also has new units for sale, when that day comes.

Kyle and his staff are always a pleasure to deal with. The tuneups of our laptops have been a great help and kept us, so far, from having to buy new ones. We also appreciate the honesty when the cost of repairing something will exceed the value of the computer. And the turnaround time has always been much faster than expected. I had a noisy PC that I knew was going to be problematic if I didn't get it fixed. I dropped it off at Panhandle PC and had them take a look at it. Kyle found the issue was a water pump on my cooling system before charging me anything. He quickly got a replacement part that was a serious upgrade from the previous cooling system that I had in place, made the repair and got my machine back to me. Highly recommend!

It's not often you come across a business that takes pride in it's work and takes the extra effort for the Client, without the extra cost. The Panhandle PC team is spot on. They replaced 2 hard drives on 2 different laptops in an expedient manner. They were quick to communicate without prompting. Professional at every turn. This was the "Easy" button for me.

I highly recommend Panhandle PC. I took my laptop in because it had been compromised by an outside site. They had too much of my information, so I wanted it to be cleaned. I have always used Carbonite, so Kyle was able to upload my files and then reload them again after scanning my computer. All the files were restored and it now runs faster than it has in a long time. Their service was professional and prompt. I will definitely use them in the future!

I came to Panhandle PC with only a idea of what might be wrong with my computer. I had concluded either my power pack or motherboard were shot because my problem occurred during a storm. I dropped my computer off and before I left the parking lot Kyle called me to let me know my computer was working just fine. Come to fine out my problem was my computer cord.
I bought a heavy duty cord for 20.00 and have had know problem sense. He could have told me anything and I would have paid. I appreciated his honesty and immediate attention to my concerns. He saved me time and money. I am pleased for that I listened to the person that recommended him

Kyle at Panhandle PC was a savior. My very old cell phone had a battery swell and part of the cell phone screen was coming off due to the battery swelling. Not only did Kyle have the parts in stock for my very old cell phone but he was able to fix it within 20 minutes the same day I dropped it off. The price for the repair was reasonable and resulted in a cost savings for me in other ways.
The phone looked brand new and worked just fine when he was done fixing the battery swell and attaching the entire screen back on the phone. I will definitely use Panhandle PC in the future. I highly recommend Panhandle PC!

My computer screen cracked, and I needed it fixed ASAP. I stopped by Panhandle PC about 5:30 pm that day. Kyle, understood my situation and my need for a rapid repair. He was understanding, kind and explained my options. He had my computer screen replaced and ready to go before noon the next day! I was extremely relieved and very happy with the service! Took my computer in a few weeks ago and Kyle was able to wipe my hard drive of viruses that was preventing me from getting on the internet and using my apps. Same day, very reasonable price. I have been a customer of Panhandle PC since the business opened. Kyle has always been very honorable in our dealings. In many cases he recommended a direction that would cost him sales but he felt was the right way to go. Six years ago he recommended that I purchase an ASUS computer. It was a great purchase. Finally the hard drive quit last week. Kyle recommended replacing the hard drive rather than buying a new computer noting that I would have a very good computer going in this direction. Kyle worked late into the night so that he could get it back to me the next day. Customer service is alive and well at Panhandle PC. Great customer service, integrity, and fair pricing? Go see Kyle!

I just could not possibly be more satisfied with the service I've experienced in dealing with Panhandle PC. They have excellent rates, their turnaround time is way better than places I comparison shopped, and they make sure they give you back a product you'll be satisfied with. Both AT&T and Samsung told me my Samsung S6 was not fixable and that I would lose all of my info on my business phone. Kyle diagnosed the problem as just an LCD issue and replaced my screen for less than a replacement phone from AT&T. All of my business contacts, pictures and text information was saved and I was back up and running in only 2 business days.

I walked in, very friendly atmosphere. Something had gone wrong with my phone, everyone said I needed a new one or fixing would be as much as a new one. I was there in less than 5 minutes and phone was fixed, he got the magic touch. I should of known when I saw clients walking out smiling, he could do it. Thank you, Panhandle PC!

I took my laptop to Panhandle PC on Thomasville Rd and was thrilled with the service that I received. I first attempted to fix the problem with my laptop, only to conclude that I would have to pay near $150 to have it fix. I was guessing at the cost. I dropped the computer off with Kyle, and later that day he called me to say it was fixed. The next day I picked up the laptop. Kyle explained that it was a Windows 10 update issue and was not a big deal.
He finished by saying, that he was not charging me. Wow! He asked to keep him in mind when another issue might arise. He asked it I would write a review. Now, I am not a person to do this, however, I was overwhelmed with the response time, the professionalism, and the no cost. Kyle, thanks for the kind gesture when it could have been easier to make it a business transaction. I will definitely use you in the future, and will recommend to all of my friends. Thanks again.
