All-Net Computer Solutions has been in business since 1986. We have been servicing PC's since they were invented. In fact we have been in the computer service business since 1966. We all started on Main Framecomputers that were introduced to Wall Street in NYC. We all worked on these computers for years. Many of us are Computer Design Engineers that works in various service or Design positions in many of the largest computer companies in the world.As computers started getting smaller we migrated to these smaller computers called mini-computers. We performed the same functions for these companies as we did on wall street. These machines were running all types of businesses because they were cheaper than Main Frames. They could change the nature of how things got done. We wanted to be involved with these changes and change how these companies got their work done.
When PC's started to be the system that businesses started to use we moved to the PC service business. By 1993 most businesses were using PC Computers and PC Computer Networks. These networks were run by Novell, then Microsoft. We have been in this business since then.
The only thing that has changed since we worked on Wall Street Computers is that they are smaller and faster. We have been delivering the same level of service for 44 years.
I have been involved with numerous computer companies as a Service Engineer, Design Engineer, Software Engineer, Manager and Consultant. I have taught at North Eastern, Harvard, and been a Masters advisor at Lesley College. Over the years I have deigned database systems, and custom application programs that are running big businesses.

Paul has spent the last 44 years designing and supporting Hardware and Software subsystems. his success in managing high performance development teams can be measured by his on time delivery record. He was responsible for the I/O subsystems implementation and design for 3 major Mini-Computer manufactures.
Paul also holds design Patents/Patents Pending on embedded I/O protocols, memory correction algorithms, and a rule based financial analysis system.
He has taught graduate level software engineering courses at Harvard University, and Northeastern University's State-Of-The-Art program. He has served as a Masters Advisor at Lesile College and teaches quality design to industry. Paul has been using CASE/case methods/ and Rapid Prototyping tools since 1989, to help develop, manage and predict major software development efforts.
His consulting resume covers both hardware and software design methology for many large development companies like; Seagate, Boeing Data Division, and EMC.
Aside from running a successful Network/IT outsourcing firm for many years, he has started up a Hi-Speed Internet services company (On-Line All The Time, Inc.) catering to the hospitality industry.

It's hard these days to find professionals in the service industry who genuinely enjoy helping people and performing at a high standard. Paul took my pc in on short notice and went above and beyond to fix it. He was always in touch on the steps of each repair. Even bills fans can still be good people! Paul saved my laptop! I can't thank him enough. I bought a laptop on eBay and 2 days later the screen wasn't working anymore (it had lines on it). The seller didn't want to take it back and he was blaming it on me. The situation got really stressful but then I got Paul on the phone and he gave me many options and reasured me. In fact, the laptop was still under warranty and the whole issue is taken care of for FREE! I hope I won't have issues with my computers in the futer, but if I do, I'd totally contact Paul from All-Net!

I tried showing up at their shop today for a repair. The schedule on their website says they are open on Saturday's until 7p. Well it's 5p and it's closed up. There were no signs indicating they were out on vacation or anything. The door has the open sign and I rung the doorbell and nothing. I even went on the website to call their supposedly 24/7 line and it doesn't work. I would've loved to try and rate them on their service, but that's kinda difficult if they aren't even present during their hours of operation!

*****SPAM SPAM SPAM***** These guys are not at all professional. These guys yell at the customers really bad. They dont even know how to assemble a pc. On top of it upon asking questions, they simply shout at the customers. He asks for manuals before assembling the PC and takes almost like a week to fix it of no value. Its purely waste of money going to these guys.
He certified that my graphic card was not working and wrote on the box that it was a BAD CARD, but on returning back home upon checking my Graphic card was perfectly fine and working as expected.
