Easy Computer

Super excellent service, honest and kind. Unfortunately Best buy was going to charge me almost three times as much as what I paid for repair here! Would definitely recommend and support this local, independent small business!

I usually never write reviews, but Richard from Easy Computer was simply phenomenal. He went totally above and beyond to help me. He's obviously smart, has integrity, and seems to really care about his job. His price was totally reasonable too. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent service provided by Richard. Brought in my desktop with multiple SW issues; malware, antivirus, WIFI failures, etc. The computer was reconfigured, files backed up, SW repaired and updated. System now runs fast, clean, and performing well. Quick 2-day service at an affordable $100.best value I've seen anywhere on island.

I've been looking for a computer repair place and even asked other Yelpers. Thank you folks! I decided to give this place a "try". He's conveniently located (for me) on Kalakaua Avenue and there's lots of parking in the front and in the back...so, easy to get to.
Richard is very nice, not pushy or a "know it all" attitude. He's professional, polite and efficient, so I decided to give it a shot.

Happy to say, I'm very pleased with what I've seen so far. My little Sony laptop "funked out" on me so I reformatted the hard drive and re-installed the operating system (well, the computer pretty much does it for you) but when I tried to connect tot he internet, it said I was missing drivers.
Richard loaded all of the missing drivers so I can now connect to the internet.

He also made sure that my system has all of the updates and made some suggestions of what else I might consider. When I brought my little computer in (it's quite old), I mentioned that the battery wasn't working well....he contacted a battery vendor and priced a new battery for me. He also recommended an memory upgrade which would give me faster processing but when he checked, it turned out that I'd need a proprietary "chip" and determined that the upgrade wouldn't be worth the cost.

He's been great making suggestions to my concerns, taking the time to research them for me and helping me evaluate options, he does it all quickly, he's NOT one of these guys who say drop it off and I can get it ready for you in a couple of week. Thank you Richard, planning to take my other computer to him to take a look at keyboard is funky and hopefully we'll get a tune-up at the same time.

I'm very happy with his service as usual I only hesitate to share a good thing because I don't want him to be too busy for me the next time I need him. He deserves a good review and a successful business.

Great, friendly service by a guy who knows what he's doing. He resolved the startup problem on my machines, tuned them up, changed out a hard drive, removed some malware, and installed free anti virus software to replace my expired antivirus subscription. All within less than 48 hours. My machines boot and run so much faster. I much prefer to support small businesses instead of the big box stores. If you're driving from a long distance, call before you come to check his hours that day. Highly recommended.

I had a complete breakdown on two computers within my network...a hard drive failure on one and a motherboard failure on the other. Not only did Richard recover data from my backup, he was able to consolidate the two units into a functional workstation reducing the new equipment I needed to purchase. I keep him on my speed dial!

Got my laptop working great, by the time promised. Easy to get to and parking was easy. Would use again if needed, and recommend to friends.
