Dear Friends. I have been using my computer for 20-30 years and feel pretty comfortable around it. I have had to turn to outside help during that time 4 or 5 times. On May 13, 2018 I did something very wrong and have been hopelessly unable to solve my problem until today April 5, 2018 when Mr. Brian Whyte came to my home. He sat at my computer and within 3-4 minutes announced he knew what the problem was and fixed it over the next hour. He is extraordinarily gifted and I cannot praise him enough. I have been having real problems with my Mac and my iPhone for over a week now, (even after being on the phone with AOL for almost two hours) and a friend recommended I call PC Heaven. PC Heaven is excellent! Brian is very knowledgeable, dependable and responsive. He says what he is going to do and follows through. I came across PC Heaven after dealing with another PC service where the guy wouldn't return my phone calls and basically flaked out on me. I found PC Heaven through a Google search and I am glad I did. Brian set up a new Dell desktop system and a Brother multifunction printer for me and he did everything right the first time.

It all works perfectly. He also checked out my home WiFi system to make sure I had it optimally configured. I highly recommend him. He charges reasonable rates and is honest and trustworthy.

I found PC-Heaven on the internet. I was hesitant at first, but really needed work done on two laptops and the installation of a printer. I am always a bit anxious when I need to call someone to do work on my computers and just work in general in my home. Someone upstairs must have been looking out for me because as I scrolled downward up popped a picture of the most honest looking man.

He would later prove himself to be amazingly honest and certainly confident and competent. I called Brian at PC-HEAVEN he worked around my schedule and he truly came out fast. I learned a lot in watching him work. Brian explained what he was doing and why. I asked questions he answered in a way I actually understood. Brian's prices are very affordable even on a retirement income. Lastly, I am very OCD. Brian is the first person that I remember not having to escort out with a broom following his shoe heels.

Amazing experience. I now have a wonderful computer tech, and then some. If Brian ever relocates I guess I will have to follow and share the moving truck fee. It is easy to see why all of Brian's reviews are 5 star. These ratings were earned through excellent work, done on time. Brian calls half hour or so before he arrives, he is on time and fixes even extremely hard problems. As long as he is in business, he will be the only person I call for PC help.

I encountered the dreaded "blue screen of death" on my laptop on Christmas Day. The next day, I called and left a voice mail message for Brian, expecting to hear from him after the New Year. I was amazed that he returned my call in less than 15 minutes! He checked out the model of my Lenovo laptop before giving me an estimate, and explained his pricing policy in full, so I was completely clear about it.

We arranged for Brian to arrive at my house the following Tuesday, and he arrived promptly. He purchased the hard drive for me from the local Best Buy with a discount and presented the receipt to me. He was personable yet no-nonsense, and very honest. The time to replace the hard drive was on point with his estimate. It did take a little more time than I anticipated because of the speed of my computer loading the six recovery discs, but that was not through any fault of his.

He also loaded free word processing and spreadsheet programs and Windows Defender, so I didn't have to replace lost software. I was very pleased with Brian and his service and wholeheartedly recommend him for computer repairs. My dog absolutely loved him - and my dog is a very good judge of character!

Brian called same day, got appointment for next day. He stated he would call before coming over. He did that and started working on my computer to log in to I Tunes after I updated to Windows 10. After a few clicks and within one hour I was logged in and my phone could sync with computer. Brian is quick and I am happy I called him. He had an IPhone 6+ like I do and saw some items he was doing with Siri while working on my computer. I need to start using all my phones abilities. Don't hesitate to call PC Heaven he can do it.

Ok, the only thing I can say is search no further if you want prompt, dependable and professional service! Brian showed up right on time and within the hour had my laptop back running in tip top shape. I had a number of malware problems that were driving me nuts! I called Brian about my computer which had a rare problem with it and left him a voicemail and within the hour he returned my call and set up an appt to fix it! I called Best Buy to compare prices and time. Best Buy wanted to charge me 100 more than Brian and he finished the job in less than an hour and Best Buy would have had to keep my computer for 3 days! Brian is very very friendly and easy to talk to and comes to you're house whenever it's convenient to you! I would definitely recommend PC Heaven to anyone who needs computer repair!

You will not find a better PC Repair company than PC Heaven. Why? Because Brian, the owner and only technician, is honest, is an expert, charges less than market rate, and always leaves your home with your PC fixed in less time than other PC repair companies I used. As a former Marine Corps officer, I have very high standards. He really does return your call during working hours within 5 minutes!

The longest I had to wait for him to come to my home was 24 hours (and he always comes to where you are). And, he answers all of my PC related questions while he's working. We recently had water damage to our home, which meant all our furniture had to be removed, everything dried out, new carpet installed, etc. When it was time to "pack" everything back in, as Service Master called it, things went well until it was time to restore our home computer system back to normal.
