To me Betterbuild Computers is a more reasonable computer repair shop because they take the time to really explain to you whatever the problem is with your computer and help you find a more afforadable solution to get it fixed.

My husband and I moved to Greeneville a little over 3 years ago. Shortly after we moved our PC acquired multiple viruses despite using a big name anti-virus. We were devastated! All our photos and of course no hard drive back-up. We chose BetterBuild at random from the phone book. We called and were given directions to Jeff and Lolita's home. Jeff was not only able to have the computer back to us the next day, but he also saved all our photos and documents and gave us valuable advice as to an effective anti-virus.

The price was extremely reasonable. He has also been able to diagnose and repair an esoteric problem with our aging laptop. That was about a year ago and although the old laptop is still working, we recently splurged and bought a new laptop from BetterBuild and have been delighted with the recommendations Jeff made and the price!!!

I recently had a sick computer (desktop) and when I called Betterbuild Computers, I knew right away I had gone to the right place. They actually understood what I was explaining to them and started down the correct road to a healthy machine. 24 hours later I was up and operational and my system was well and ready to go at it again.
