Called with a huge issue because a report was due that day, they responded in less than 2 hours and found a real bad trojan virus and removed it and was able to get my work submitted on time to the VP. They saved my job!! I would never hesitate to call them again for anything computer related and they understand not just the computer stuff they know how all the user software works as well.

Wow, my server was down for a day and they responded in less than 2 hours the next day when I called, had all systems up and running in less than 3 hours. Without even a recent backup!!! Super company and very competitive rates!! I totally recommend them for anything you need. We even had them do upgrades to all of our smart phones to connect to our server directly without third party costs!! Amazing and tremendous cost savings!!
