We live in the lake sherwood westalake village area and were looking for an onsite computer service. A friend recommended DrPC computer repair and IT services, so we called an made an early morning appointment. I was looking for a computer repair service near me. Lucky me, I contacted Dr Pc to save all the vital data that I had on my broken MacBook Air. John's customer service was outstanding, and he somehow found a way to extract all the data that I had on it. His final price was more than fair based upon the amount of work that he had to do. I run a very busy hair salon in thousand oaks and when my computers are not functioning correctly, we can have big problems with scheduling, etc. Yesterday or scheduling system went down at our front desk, needless to say, it was causing big issues. I found DrPC from a recommendation from one of my customers. I called DrPC and booked them for 9am the following morning. John showed up and immediately got to work. HE was very friendly and explained what he was doing as he worked. Turned out that the computer was no longer on our network. I also had him install a printer for us. John did a great job, highly recommended

Cant say enough positive things about this company: Their customer service is exceptional as are their technicians. I run a home based business and my computer is the lifeblood of the whole operation. Late yesterday afternoon, my email stopped working. I searched google for computer repair near newbury park and found DrPC. WE scheduled an appointment for 8am the following day. The tech arrived on time and had my email issue resolved in about 15 min; I was so grateful! Highly recommend DrPC for any computer problems

Dr PC saved my desktop PC! One day I started my normally reliable desktop computer and couldn't even log in because of the blue screen of death. John met me within an hour to pick up the computer, diagnosed that my 5 year old hard drive had failed, and then was able to replace it within a couple days while saving all of my old files. Would never have thought it, but I'm grateful now that my computer broke because John repaired it to run even faster/cleaner than before while managing to neatly save/organize all of my family's files. I woke up to an unresponsive computer last Friday and had a friend recommend DrPC in Thousand Oaks. I called and set up an appointment with the technician for 2pm that day. The technician showed up on time, introduced himself, and got right to work. Turned out that our PC had a bad power supply and needed to have a new one installed. The technician took the pc back to their shop since he did not have a power supply with him. About 3 hours later, DrPC delivered a working PC back to us and we could not have been more pleased. We are very appreciative for their prompt and professional service.

After dealing with many computer "experts", I came across John at Dr. PC. Not only did he fix my issue within the same day, but he was able to actually SAVE me money by resurrecting my existing hard drive. It would have been easy for them to GOUGE me for a hefty bill, as I was desperate to retrieve my data, but it seems like Honesty and Integrity are not gone and Dr. PC has them in abundance. I will definitely be using Dr. PC for all my computer needs.

My Ipad Mini lost a battle with a brick floor when dropped by my grandson. After checking out many different companies to repair I came across Dr PC. Called on a Sunday and they were in the office. I was able to drop it off that day and picked it up on Tuesday morning. Looks good as new. The repair cost was $139 which was very reasonable as other places wanted between 150 and 200. Very happy.

Hello, I wanted to take a moment to thank DrPC for a job well done! My coffee shop point of sale system needed to be integrated into our existing network. I was one the phone with our point of sale technical support, but the techs instructions were not too clear and had me worried that I would not get the job done correctly. At the advice of our point of sale technicians, I googled some local computer techs for assistance and was so lucky to find DrPC. John (from DrpC) showed up when scheduled and was ale to configure our firewall for the point of sale system. Aside from being very knowledgeable, he was friendly and communicated well.
