Brought my Xbox in because it wouldn't turn on. Guy couldn't fix the issue but they still charged me 45 bucks. Told me my best bet was to buy a new Xbox. Will never be using their services again and will not recommend them to anyone. (Edit) Owner response says the charge was for the cleaning which makes sense but the cleaning didn't fix the issue which is my Xbox not turning on.
My Xbox is still broken and now I'm out 45 bucks that I could put towards a new device you did nothing for me except clean my garbage. Not to mention the Xbox made a slight sound when trying to be turned on now it is completely dead not only did you not fix it you somehow made it worse.

Wish I could give them lower than a 1. If anyone is thinking about using PC Cowboys to fix your electronics think again; our PS4 has been with them since March and they called us in July to come get it; when we got it back it didn't work so we took it back. Today my wife went in to get a refund and was greeted by a new employee who had to call the owner; we had dealt with the owner before he was rude and does not know how to treat customers; he told my wife there was nothing they could do and he was only going to offer us a tiny fraction of what we paid to begin with as in store credit and give us back our torn apart ps4; when she asked why in store credit less than what we paid he told her to get out of his store or he would call the police! Not a way to treat people who were looking to support a local business!

Worst service ever. They had my PS4 from may through December. They sent it off to get fixed. Once it came back we took it home and tried it instantly. And it was still broken. We took it back and were told they would try to fix it or get ahold of the company that tried to fix it. I called to check in multiple times throughout this endeavor, and every time was told I'd get a call back (which never happened) finally we went in for a refund as our console was torn apart collecting dust for months!
And the owner offered a partial refund in the form of in store credit, when questioned about why that was the case the owner told us to leave his store or he was calling the police! So he still has our ps4 and all of our money! Don't risk it! Horrible service!

Terrible service! Our tv got fixed. In a MONTH! Jimmy blamed the staff, the parts distributer, and, worse, ME, the CUSTOMER! I dropped my tv off December 8, received a diagnosis and price quote on the 9th, and gave the go-ahead on the 10th (I have detailed phone records). Parts were not ordered until the 21st, and our tv was finished on January 4.
There was no attempt at an actual apology or to make it right. Just him telling my husband it was my fault. Then, to add insult to injury, he called me after my husband picked it up and confronted him about the poor service, and told me that, while they appreciated MY business, my husband was "over the top". We will drive to Billings, go without, or buy new electronics before we EVER go back here.

Very unimpressed. I took my laptop in and lost the charger. I gave the benefit of the doubt even though I specifically remembered giving it to them with the laptop, and went home to look for it there. It wasn't and when I called back to ask if they'd look a little more I was basically blown off. Now I get to order a new charger from somewhere(not them).
