Best IT company we have ever worked with. We were in a mess with a previous IT company and Unbound Digital came in and got everything fixed and working perfectly within no time. I have called on Unbound countless times throughout the past two years. Let me tell you, they are not your average "tech" company as I don't recall a single time they have not delivered a remedy or provided me with a "how to" remedy. I enjoyed their tech support so much so, that when I was offered their newest phone system, I didn't hesitate, and neither should you. This company absolutely rocks and is worth every penny you eventually end up spending.

They're only a phone call away, and you will always get a real, pleasant person to talk to. Most issues I've experienced can be resolved over the phone, but they are willing to travel on site as well. They know their stuff and are willing to take the time to explain IT processes to their clients and client's vendors. A great company to work with!

What fantastic customer service! Despite being unable to fix my problem, I can't say they didn't try. When I was charged, I felt the fee was a bit excessive and said so in a review. To my great surprise, they returned my check! I realize that any business has to make some money to stay afloat and would have been happy to pay something - just not the amount I was charged initially. I am impressed with their willingness to make things right and I'm very happy with their response!

First off, they were unable to fix my computer. Had a cracked touchscreen on my laptop that they couldn't find the screen for. The fact that I would give them 5 stars says something about their service. Always kept me informed on what was going on, seemed to know they're stuff and kept conversation on a level of someone who doesn't know computers like them. Gave me a full refund without any questions. Wish my computer would've gotten fixed but it's just something out of their control. Highly recommend!

I took my PC in the shop off of Oakland after seeing the sign on the road. I was having issues with the PC booting up. These guys gave me a free diagnostic, which, I ended up having a virus. They cleaned my pc up for $69. No gimmicks or anything. My PC runs better than it did before I got the virus!!! I Highly recommend these guys, they are honest, knowledgeable, and stand behind their work.

I was having an issue with updates for Windows 10. I took my computer in, and the technician knew exactly what the issue was and explained why I had the problem in a way I could understand without talking down to me or treating me like I was an idiot. He had my computer fixed in the time period he told me and it has been great since then. When I picked my computer up, I had a few other questions and they were answered on the spot without any additional charges. The best part is I was quoted a flat fee and that is exactly what I paid! There was a time when I did most of my own PC service, but they've become so advanced I finally bit the bullet and took them somewhere. Unbound has a knowledgeable staff, quick turnaround times, and fair prices. Have taken several different PC's here and they have become my go-to service center. Would recommend to anyone.

I have used Unbound Digital three times for computer repairs (for different computers). I live in Church Hill (near Kingsport). There are several computer shops closer to my home. But I choose to make the 60 mile round trip to Unbound Digital in Johnson city because they do a good job and are trustworthy. Also, the pricing is good. They offer a quick turn around for repairs. They also explain things in detail (so that I can understand). I recommend Unbound Digital!
