Chris was excellent! He solved a subtle, but thorny problem that crossed operating system, printer, photo printer, and LAN boundaries. Chris spent an hour and a half with me on the phone and helped me set up and configure my modem, router and even recomended an affordable wireless signal booster that could help boost my signal instead of buying a more powerful router at 3 times the price.
