My computer wouldn't start up anymore and would freeze when i turned it on. They sent a technician, Ben, and told me it would take an hour. After 20 minutes, he told me that it wasn't a problem with windows but that my hard drive had crashed and it would take about 2 hours to move my files to another one. In the end though, I only payed for 1 hour of work and a new hard drive. All my pictures and music was on my new computer and it runs faster and doesn't have problems starting up anymore.
