I can't recommend this establishment enough. After a disheartening experience with another computer shop turning my business away due to my device having water damage, I found this local business on Google, and walked right in. The staff took the time to communicate the trajectory for repair in a way that I understood, and happily provided an update in-between drop off and pick up.

They returned my device back to me in perfect condition in 4 business days. I went from believing I needed to replace my entire device on a Friday, to walking out of their shop with my computer intact and working perfectly on a Wednesday - all for an extremely fair and affordable price. Shout out to Michael for his positive demeanor and professional communication skills. Thank you guys.

I went to get my operating system reinstalled because the one it had had got corrupted, and they did it for even less money than was quoted, so I'm very pleased about that, and the reinstall was done perfectly.

Took in a corrupted PC and it was ready in less than a week. A fair price and it works very well. Friendly and professional.

My laptop fell off the couch and the screen shattered - during finals week. I was super stressed but the repair guys here gave me a fair and accurate quote, kept me updated about the timeline and my options, and fixed my laptop super fast. It's good as new now -- you can't even tell it's not the original screen. I'll definitely come back for any future computer repairs.

Paid $80 for a 'deep clean' of my desktop computer after a cockroach infestation had made it's way inside of my tower. When returning home and upon further inspection, a cockroach instantly crawled out of the back, there were two babies between the ram slots, and there was still the general grime left by cockroaches on the ram sticks and motherboard. This was a complete waste of money.

Small shop close to Duncan Donuts. Dropped off computer. Analyzed, added new drive, new cable and software, kept me informed and did everything in a timely manner. Felt pricing was very fair. Would recommend this business for your computer repairs.

Very friendly staff and got back in a very timely manner, and they answered all questions I had. Price felt very fair for the amount of work done, too. The only bump in the road, as it were, was a very minor miscommunication that ended up with me driving out, back home, then out again. But overall I am very happy with the experience. They even cleaned my motherboard for free before I brought the whole build in for more extensive work, so 10/10 do recommend!

I was EXTREMELY happy with my experience dealing with Tucson Computer Repair. Starting with being friendly and professional on the phone. Right away, the owner was familiar with the problem I was having, as it was common with that model of HP Laptop. We set an appointment for the following day. He quoted me a price after looking at it, and gave me a time to expect it being ready about a day and a half later.

It was done on time and the bezel/hinges are now stronger than factory. I can actually open and close my computer again and can feel how much more stout it is and there is no more wobble when open. I asked him about possibly upgrading the RAM and he was courteous in talking to me about my options with that in a clear and low pressure way, telling me what would be best for needs without going overboard since it is not a gaming rig or video editing rig or anything like that.

I plan on doing that soon. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone. I should also note that they are extremely covid safe and have a simple protocol making sure there is no cross contamination with other customers. Great experience start to finish

Michael Cohen is a genius and his service was par exemplar! I cant recommend this place enough! I would trust this store to fix any tech problem PC or Mac related. Way better than the Apple Store.

Tucson Computer Repair Service is where I go when I need my computers worked on. I'd rather deal with a local Tucson Company than a chain, because I think you get a lot better service. With this company you don't sacrifice anything over the chains. In fact they are far more professional and their rates are far better.

I had broken my Imac screen and Chris fixed it so quickly I had no downtime for work. Highly recommended!!

He did an excellent job on fixing the port of my laptop! If you go somewhere else they will try to get you to spend more money on a new laptop.. which makes no sense.. thank goodness I found this place. And thank you Chris keep it up! I will be directing customers to you!

I am visiting Tucson for work and one morning my laptop screen was broken when I turned it on. I called Chris and took him my laptop. He had it fixed within a couple of hours. I was impressed by how fast and efficient Chris was. Definitely was a relief to have my screen back up and running so quickly since I was traveling for work

Chris has done an outstanding repair job twice now for the Lenovo X230T tablet/laptops that are used at my place of business. One had an incredibly loose hinge that I suspect other owners will know well; the other was an issue with a line running down the middle of the display. Both were serviced promptly and we've had no issues since!

Very good experience fixing my laptop. Chris is knowledgeable, good communication during analysis, prompt service and reasonable price. Will be a return customer.

Chris is AWESOME. I have come to him a couple times, and both times he has managed to fix my issue right away with absolutely no hesitation. He is inexpensive compared to Apple and he is personable and quick. I would 1000% recommend Chris to anyone who may need a computer, phone, tablet, etc. repaired quickly.

After surviving a fall down a staircase I went to retrieve my Macbook Pro only to realize it didn't...my screen was cracked and looked like a kindergarten spin art painting! I tried to scheduled an appointment at the Tucson Apple store only to discover they were booked up for the coming week. I resolved to be at the Apple store when they opened the door at 10 to see if they could take my laptop and fix it.

I was given an estimated time, 3 hours later, when they would text me to return to the store to see if they could fix my laptop. Since I now had 3 hours to wait, I googled computer repair tucson....TCR came up so I drove over and presented my poor laptop to Chris. He quickly assessed the problem and reassured me that a fix would only take the time to get a replacement screen.

A friend had warned me that Apple would charge between $800 and a $1000 to fix my laptop and it would take at least a week...I guess I looked dumbfounded when Chris quoted me a price of $545. It only took two days to get a replacement screen so I had my laptop in three days! Chris is a consummate computer professional with a warm caring demeanor...He is now my go to for any computer related issues!

Chris was honest and forthright. My laptop wouldn’t even start up. He had it two days, works perfectly and as briskly as new. Great price, great service. I would definitely recommend for any performance issues.
