It was late afternoon of New Years Eve, I was a thousand miles from the office, and my remote computer connection to my office computer was not working. I promptly got an Overview technician on the phone. He remotely got on my computer to restore my connection and then guided me in an internet chat with my ISP to get an upgrade. Even before the ISP upgrade, the remote connection that Overview installed to my office functioned perfectly, and I was able to work as fast as ever. I have had several IT providers since 1986. Overview is far and away in a class by themselves, plus they have impeccable manners, and are always accessible.

I rarely write a review for any company, business or product. Overview Technology Solutions Inc is a very special company that must be commended for its excellence in customer service. I have been in business for 45 years, and during that time I have experienced and interacted with various types of companies. The ones that remain successful through the years are those that put customer service at the forefront of their business model.
These companies try not to meet customer expectations, but to exceed them. Overview Technology Solutions is this type of business. This weekend, my dental practice computer system crashed on Saturday morning. All 25 terminals were down. We had almost 100 patients scheduled for Monday. Marc Menzies, the president of CTS, personally logged on remotely and worked on the crash all of Saturday and Sunday. Sunday afternoon I received an email that he had fixed the problems and we would be up and running for Monday.
There are not too many business owners who would have given up their weekend for a customer. We are greatly appreciative. If a great company gets 5 stars, these guys deserve 10 stars Dr Mark Geller President The Geller Dental Group

Marc, Jesse, and team came to me through my SEO company as an alternative to my previous IT provider who had migrated his practice to another field. Marc provided me with a very reasonable and viable quote to migrate my shoddy Outlook-based database and scheduling software to an internet based provider. To be honest, I was expecting total and complete chaos with the migration, but it was so seamless I'm almost afraid to admit it.
There were a few small blips once we went live on the new platform, but everything is running like a top now. I'm quite happy with this new IT provider, and with the skill with which a lot of information was migrated into a usable form.
