Stopped in to the new store at Oak Harbour Village Shopping Center, Rhode Island PC, to see if my HP mini netbook could be repaired... it had BLUE SCREEN DEATH, Gene reassured me that all would better than new. He called a few hours latter to let me know the hard drive replacement etc. was complete and I picked it up the next morning. Service was great, netbook does work better than ever.
Gene also tweeked a couple of things and reloaded windows and office... so it runs great and he was able to restore/ save my pictures and documents too... This is the place to go if you need your computer fixed correctly and FAST.

Computer was so infected with viruses it was unusable. Extremely slow, pop-up ads, etc. Gene at Rhode Island PC fixed the problems and I had the computer back in a few hours-in LIKE NEW CONDITION!!! He was extremely professional and clearly knew what he was doing. Also, his rates were very reasonable. I will not bring my computer anywhere else should I ever have another problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
