The PC that I built had been non-responsive for over a year. I tried everything to bring it back to life, to no avail. Vasif had it running perfectly in less than an hour. Vasif was very prompt, personable, professional and super helpful in helping us migrate a lot of data from our old computer to our new computer. We were particularly eager to get this done since we had tax info that needed to be moved in order to begin work on taxes for 2021. Honestly, Vasif was the answer to everything I had hoped for. This is my 2nd time calling Vasif ( for a different reason between 3 years) my laptop is old ( 8 years) but he got it working like its right out of the box! i had to get my hard-drive replaced since it was damaged. He is my number 1 tech guy and his prices are good! lmao don't go to geek squad just call this guy. you won't be disappointed

AMAZING "TOUCHLESS" REPAIRS DURING THE ZOMBIE COVID APOCALYPSE! Vasif is the best! I needed a new battery in my Macbook pro, and it happens to be one of those models that makes the battery really annoying to remove. Apple Store wanted my machine for a week. I called three other repair places -- they wanted my computer for at least three days. Not cool. Vasif came to my house, replaced it while I hung out, and charged me a tiny fraction of what the bigger shops quoted me.
So I gave him my wife's macbook, which had basically exploded in some tragic travel accidents. He took it home, ran some checks, replaced a couple of parts. and then sanitized it and dropped it on my porch, BETTER than it had been post-explosion, for a ridiculously low price. Screw the Apple Store or Nerd Squad or whatever -- support a good local dude who does everything better, faster, and cheaper than anybody else in town. And he picks up and delivers everything personally.

Vasif Alimuradov continues to deliver prompt, courteous, and excellent technical support for my home office computer and network. We give him our highest recommendation because he earns it every time. When I call him, he usually gets here that same day to repair it. He has fixed EVERY problem EVERY time. Had taken computer to large box house with computer repair. Although they charged me to fix, unit was returned 2 months later saying parts no longer available. Called Caspicom after reading all the positive reviews. Felt like nothing to lose before having to invest in a new computer. I called left a message that was promptly returned. Vasif patiently listened to me explain my blue screen of death issue and my previous repair experience.
He told me he thought he could fix it and would come by my house to pick up the unit. He told me no charge if he can't fix it. This was at 5 pm mind you. He took the unit and 3 hours later called me to say he had fixed it. It cost me $300.00 and he returned the unit the next morning. It is working perfectly. Turned out to be a bad video card along with issues on the SSD.
The previous repair shop had told me it was the Mother Board and CPU. Can't begin to tell you how happy I am with Vasif and Caspicom. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest, hard working, quality minded service for their computer issues. Easy to see now why his ratings are so consistently great. Thank You Vasif!

I highly recommend Vasif for any technology needs you may have! I needed emergency help with my smart phone and laptop software. I called Vasif this morning, and within 2 hours he arrived at my home and quickly fixed both my phone situation and reconfigured my laptop settings. I got his contact info from my daughter, as he also came to help her with an extremely time sensitive computer issue. I called late in the afternoon on a Friday and Vasif was able to come to my home on Saturday. He fixed my computer in less than an hour and did a few clean up tasks to help it run faster. He also installed a clean up program that I can run myself once a week. He arrived on time, was professional, discussed the computer problems in a way that I could understand, and made a few recommendations for me to consider. I was comfortable having him in my home and very much appreciated how quickly my computer was repaired. I have referred him to others and do highly recommend his services.

Vasif fixed my laptop a couple of years ago and was so awesome that I was so happy to have found his card when my (same) laptop screen was stepped on by one of my kids. Once again, he responded quickly, picked up the laptop the same day, ordered the part and had it back to me within the week. He even delivered it back to me. This company got many good reviews so I was happy to give him a try. Emailed him, described what was wrong and got a brief response "Could be x or y." I responded, "Should I bring it into your office or would you prefer to come to my house?" He responded, "I only make house calls." I responded, "Great, can I make an appointment?" No response. Maybe just a miscommunication, but there's only so many times I'll try before I give up.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was skeptical about getting our 5 year old PC laptop repaired because I assumed I would pay a lot for a marginal repair job (due to an experience with computer repair a few years ago by a different person). But Vasif did an EXCEPTIONAL job for a super reasonable rate! Specifically, my installer was completely beyond my attempts to repair, and I hated the anti virus software the last guy had installed, there was general slowness, and I had a few other requests. Vasif addressed everything and MORE in less than 2 hours, his rate was half of what I would have paid elsewhere, and I know from previous experience that the items he addressed would not have been addressed properly or at all by another repair person/place. If you need computer repair, don't hesitate hiring Vasif! You'll regret going anywhere else.

Vasif is awesome! I've been dealing with internet virus issues for a couple of months, had been to the Geek Squad at Best Buy a couple of times only to have the same problems re-surface. He had it cleaned up and running smooth in less than 15 minutes and was SO thorough. He is super knowledgeable and works so fast, plus was able to show me how to avoid such problems in the future. Vasif at VA Denver Computer Services definitely live up to all the rave reviews! My laptop has been running slow for a while and the last few days started acting really weird. I've been dragging my feet on getting it fixed because usually it is such a hassle to get computers fixed. I'm SO GLAD I found Vasif. I called today and he was over within a few hours.
He was polite & professional and stayed til past 9pm to ensure that my laptop was working again. You just can't find that kind of service anywhere. Plus his rates are SO reasonable. Had I gone to another repair shop, I would have had to drive my laptop to them and then leave it there for two days. Vasif saved me so much time and hassle with in home service.
What could have been an 2--3 day ordeal turned into a pleasant evening. I can't stop raving about the great service and rates! Thank you Vasif! We will be happily referring you to all of our friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about Vasif. He got back to us right away and even came to our house on Thanksgiving morning. He charged us his very reasonable hourly rate to diagnose our computer problem and clean up our hard drive. Our computer wouldn't start up, and I was terrified that the hard drive and all our data was gone. He is very patient and didn't make us feel stupid, but educated us about how to back up data to the cloud, and make sure the components are regularly cleaned and free from dust. A professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced computer expert, who really knows what he's doing.

When my hard drive crashed, my first inclination was to call Geek squad or an online support service. Fortunately I located Vasif Alimuraddy of VA Denver Computer Services. He not only replaced my hard drive and located all of my documents, he also repaired another lap top, I thought had gone to computer heaven months ago. After roughly two hours, both computers were working like new. Vasif is a consummate professional and pleasant to work with. Two big thumbs up!
