My opinion is that a computer repair service has to be available when you need them. I have a business that cannot be down for long periods. I called him at 9:30 p.m. on Saturday night left a message he called be back within 10 minutes. I was working again at noon on Sunday !!! I've been in business 18 years and happy to find this service.
