Did not even answer the phone. No wonder so many folks locally are upset with the quality of repair work. Dec 2020 It took 9 months for this review to even be acknowledged, so please do not tell me to be ashamed of writing my honest opinion. As someone not originally from this area, I simply asked around and was given information. I did call more than once, the phone rang and rang. Additionally, your address is listed online, so my apologies for assuming your information on Google was updated. Finally, I was shocked by the price for laptop screen repair because the parts couldn't account for cost even with labour; no matter how many years you have in the business, you are still at the starting line for how to treat and respond to customers. Maybe you should more thoroughly check my reviews because I only record my own experiences. Happy Holidays
