JoplinTECH PC Service

From 05-04-22: CONMAN or Just INCOMPETENT? He charged me $50 to recover all the data from my nephew's damaged computer, but all he recovered was over 3,000 photos and a few other files from who knows where (most likely from someone else's computer)! He said that all these files came from my nephew's computer, but I have proof that every file he put on my external hard drive did not come from my nephew's computer!

I asked for a full refund, and he said he provided a service, but in reality, he either intentionally put someone else's files on my hard drive or just flat-out messed up and refuses to admit it! Now, it looks like my only option is to either spend a bunch of money to sue him or just let him get away with it!

Super helpful guy! He got my computer upgraded and it runs like new, he was super nice and communicated any time he ran into issues. Absolutely recommend!

I usually don't write reviews, but JoplinTECH was such good service I needed to rave about it. My boyfriend delivered my shoddy laptop yesterday, and I have it back today almost working like it's brand new. The value was absolutely incredible, too. I'm recommending this place to everyone for their tech needs!

Very responsive and a great value! My wife's 12 year old PC died and took it in. Paul diagnosed it the same day as a fatal electrical problem. I ordered a replacement PC, took it in a few days later, and he transferred the data same day. Very impressed!

I ordered a pre-built computer from a large internet store and it arrived broken. JoplinTECH helped me troubleshoot the issues and eventually I returned the computer and had JoplinTECH build me a computer. The computer built by JoplinTECH has worked flawlessly since it has been powered on. I could not recommend JoplinTECH more highly.

First of all, I really want to give 4.5 instead of 4 stars! The only reason for withholding that.5 of a star is because of a wrong screen. I broke my laptop screen (when I definitely needed it most for online classes), but I called Joplin Tech PC Services and he got me right in. It took about a business week before he got a screen in, but it was the wrong screen.

He informed me that he ordered a new screen and apologized profusely. I waited a total of 9 days (weekdays and weekend days) to get my laptop back, but he was extremely nice and prices seem to be relatively inexpensive, depending on what type of laptop you have. He seems very knowledgeable as well.

In the several years I have lived in Joplin, I have never known about this Gem! This place reminds me of the computer stores from the late 90's and 2000's. There are parts galore and if you need a part, I'm sure it can be found here! I bought a motherboard off eBay and it came without a CPU bracket. I didn't want to order it online due to the wait time and luckily Paul had one. Paul is a good guy, and I can tell he loves what he does. True PC techs will love this place and even if you don't need a part at the moment, stop in and check it out! Thank you for your help today Paul!
