From the moment Taiyana answered my call, she was so pleasant and extremely helpful. My computer software had crashed, and she just put me at ease. David ran a diagnostic and discovered an unusual situation with my SSD and Hard drive. He was reassuring, helpful, and very knowledgeable about what the remedy would be to fix it and make it as good as new. They never failed to impress me with the customer service and insight provided. I have stopped in to Tom's several times in the past few years and even without always having an appointment, I was pleasantly greeted and Tom was more than willing to help me out. He has always been very honest with me and if at all possible, will fix simple problems right away. I would definitely recommend him for any computer issues you need help fixing.

I am a long established local business owner with an "A" Plus rating with the BBB. My ratings are always fair, and balanced. I had known Tom previously many years ago from a local business lead generation breakfast club. He was the president of the club and lead the group well as is reflected in the success of his business. Recently we were in the middle of a Microsoft software migration that was compromised in it's transition. Tom's tech, Ryan got on top of it immediately.
He put the transition on track and completed the process in less than a day. From there he followed up with a site visit to assure my staff had the file and operational adjustments to match the upgrade. This exceeded the expectations of both the staff and myself. From there we purchased another block of service and referred them to our CPA/controller for there business.

When my laptop computer locked up and the company I purchased it from with a service contract would not even look at it Tom's agreed to see what they could do. Not only were they able to get it unlocked, but they also performed a tune-up and virus removal. When I went to pick it up they had only charged for the tune-up and virus removal. I questioned not charging for the time to get it unlocked they assured me I did not owe anything more. What a great company to trust with your electronics.

The folks at Tom's Help Desk were excellent. They were upfront about pricing and clearly did their best to keep the cost down on my computer repair. After the first visit - replaced dead RAM and a failing hard drive - I picked up my computer but was still having power related issues (shutting down in hibernation). Brought the computer back with no problem and they replaced the power supply for no additional labor.
When getting a computer fixed, you wonder if you'll get charged for whatever "seems" wrong. I got the impression the employees were trained and motivated to give the best customer service and experience possible, not just charge the customer as much as possible. Great local business experience!

I utilized Tom's Help Desk a year ago to replace a cracked laptop screen and returned to diagnose why my laptop was no longer working. Excellent communication throughout the repair process by Caleb who needed to replace a keyboard: I appreciate being told the cost options related to how quickly I needed to complete repairs. Beyond the hardware issues I am extremely happy with the diagnosis provided on my software: well worth the money paid for the Tune Up: cleaning out unwanted programs, malware, corruption, and anti-virus.
I have been paying considerable money for Norton Anti-virus not being educated on a more efficient and cost effective option. This is the experience anyone would hope for and I highly recommend Tom's

The assistance during the planning phase to ensure we had all of the appropriate parts for the desired application was greatly appreciated. In addition, we appreciated your patience and that you initiated the install with the available parts, while we waited for the graphics card to arrive.
