I just had to post a review because these guys were fantastic! I have a Lenovo yoga and went through all kinds of tech-support people online and finally called this company to help me with a problem that I was having with my integrated camera. First of all, Brian was so sweet on the phone. Walked me through all the possible issues and what they would do.
He suggested I bring the computer in because very quickly they would be able to diagnose it. Which is exactly what happened! Yoppi Lie, the service manager met me upfront (he knew I was coming) and he literally fixed it in less than five minutes. He knew exactly what to do and showed me the fix so I feel confident if it were to happen again I would know how to deal with it on my own. And they didn't even charge me! Highly recommend them!

This review is for Bryan M. and Yoppy specifically. My computer unexpectedly crashed and getting it fixed was the best experience I've ever had in my history of computer repairs thanks to their help. I have an unpredictable work schedule, and yet they were so kind to work around my pick up and drop off for a time that fit my schedule. Not only this, they were quick to communicate what course of action they needed to take for repairs; and took the extra time to provide ongoing solid advice on computer maintenance.
It's often rare to find people like Bryan and Yoppy at "customer service" oriented companies. Because of their commitment to delivering a high level of service, I became a lifelong fan and will certainly return to them in the future (and also send all referrals).

Special shoutout to this amazing team! I took my laptop to two other places prior (including Geek Squad) who were unable to bring my laptop back to life. Within a couple days Yoppy and the team had it up and running good as new! I highly recommend them for their customer service and technical knowledge!

Lenovo repair specialists. Walked in and met with Yoppy who quickly confirmed my issue, assured me it would come back working fine and quickly. He said he might need a part, but would know after taking a closer look. My system board malfunctioned and was replaced. Picked it up on the 3rd day. These guys knew Lenovo and took care of business quickly.
If you own a Lenovo and want it worked on by people who know Leno, I highly recommend Turner Techtronics. a trip to UPS or a trip to see Yoppy. either way, it was done so fast I had to put off the pick up to the end of the day!

If you are looking to get into IT or are looking to advance your career in IT then Turner Techtronics is the place to go. With the exception of being in Burbank, this job is perfect and will offer skills that take over 5 years to achieve. You start off with a 2-4 week training depending on your learning abilities and then you enter the lions den. Tips: Take your time. At TurnerTech they. Pros: 1 hour lunch, semi-flexible, strong leadership Cons: DISTANCE is the only Con for me.

My computer kept acting up, not sure if it was a virus or something wrong with the hard drive, but I need it fixed ASAP. This place is a gem! Honest, fast AND grrrrreat price! Lenovo had my computer for over a month, remind you I had placed several calls, with promises to be called back, well that never happened. I received my Lenovo yesterday and guess what? It still does not work. When I called to speak to a supervisor their response "someone will call you back" Really? I paid almost a 1,000 dollars and had my computer for 6 months. I am now asking for a new one because I am beyond angry having to mail back when I was told my computer would be up and running, JOKE.

Two years ago my daughter spilled her milk on my Mac. I knew I won't be able to afford to bring it to an Apple Store for repair. Thankfully, I called Turner Techtronics! Yoppi saved my Mac not once but thrice. Last week, my husband spilled soda on our older Mac. I did not panic anymore because I knew Yoppi can fix it. My laptop's hard drive failed (this seems to be a common problem with me) and while it was still under warranty at Apple, they needed to keep it for 3-5 business days which doesn't really work for me and my job. When something breaks, I need it fixed pronto! I took it to Turner around 1 and they said it would be done by 9 AM the next morning.
To my surprise, they called me 15 minutes before they closed and said if I could get there fast I could have it back that night. Score, since I live 5 minutes away. Everything was fixed perfectly and was around $250 for parts and labor.

Went in to have a new SSD and RAM module installed on my new Lenovo T450S. Yopi handled my computer and installed it in under two hours. I received the laptop back in perfect working order. Came back the next day to have the contents of the original HDD transferred over to the SSD. Yopi handled it within an hour. 4 days later everything still works perfectly fine and there have been no errors. They're certified by Lenovo to work on the T450S. Great service, professional approach, very knowledgeable, and fast turnaround time at a fair price. What more could you want?

On the reccomendation of another trusted IT/computer guru, I went to Turner with a busted graphics card on my 2011 Macbook Pro which fortunately was covered by a recall sent out by Apple. Yoppy- who was incredibly friendly and helpful- took my Mac in, replaced the motherboard, and had it back to me next day. I couldn't be happier with the work done, with the service, or with the speed. I can't recommend this place higher.

I called and they said they had a $65 diagnostic fee and it went towards the fee to transfer files from the hard drive but I argued that I would just be paying the fee in case the hard drive was damaged.
They then agreed to waive the diagnostics fee!
Getting there was great because there is plenty of parking in the back so you save the time and hassle of looking for street parking. I was seen right away and they opened up my computer and took out my hard drive in front of me. I loved seeing them showing what they were doing and that made me feel even more comfortable with their service.
Within minutes I saw that the hard drive was ok. I received all my files the next day and, although I found out it would cost too much to fix my laptop, I received impeccable service all the way through.
They then agreed to waive the diagnostics fee!

My hard drive in my 27 iMac also died. I first went to melrose Mac. They quoted me $500 for a new 1 tb drive and an additional $500 to attempt to back the dead drive. I called apple the gave me a few local authorized repair places. I called all of them, turner techtronics gave the best quote. Had my iMac back quickly, the folks there were friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommended.

Yoppy rocks! The hard drive on my 2006 Macbook Pro died and the Apple store said it was obsolete and I'd have to go through an authorized Apple rep instead. So after looking on Apple's site and then comparing what I found on Yelp, I opted for Turner Techtronics because of the great reviews they already had. Always a good sign. Glad I did!
For under $200, with the replaced hard drive and labor, not to mention friendly Yoppy, plus the added (and rather helpful) bonus of him locating hundreds and hundreds of formerly lost photos and documents and such, plus his assistance in uploading the updated operating system that I had on disc. What a relief and what fantastic turn around time! He had it ready the following day and I even waited a day to pick it up because he beat me to it! Super service. Will definitely return if another one decides to bite to dust :)
