SUPER service! Yes, computer fixes are high but who's isn't? They require very high tech folks. I think the prices are fair. I have gone there several times. If it's a simple fix, they will do it with no charge. I almost cried at a time when I was desperate for help and with low funds to get it fixed. Amy has been there for a long time and has this amazing way of calming your stress.
Yes I would recommend them. Please know, computers, phones and general electronics are always expensive to fix. I know these guys are fair and go above duty to make you happy!

Around two months ago we got my laptops screen repaired, it took a few days to get repaired, when we got it back, a piece protecting the cords and screen fell off, it was still working at that point. After a week or so, whenever my charger would unplug or plug in, it would flick the screen black for a few seconds. It started getting worse and worse until the last week, and my laptop stopped charging, the battery completely broke.
I've had the laptop for two years, and it's had slight issues before but the issues got worse after the screen got fixed. No one said anything about the broken piece when they returned it. We paid 300+ for the fixing, so it's extremely disappointing.

The guy said he knows mac. He was not able to do what I wanted. They restored it and charged me. Very irritated. I wasted $$ and I still have to figure out how to do what I wanted done. Every time I deal with computer repair people I feel ripped off. I should start a repair service again. except I am board with fixing computers. feeling coned. google it and watch videos you can fix your own stuff. data recovery is easy.

The hard drive on my nine year old desktop PC crashed. I had a lot of personal, family, and family business data on it that I need. I called and Todd took the time to explain what RB's could do. He didn't over promise or under-deliver on the data recovery process. I brought my new laptop in and he set it up, installed the necessary programs, got rid of the bloatware and restored the data he was able to recover from my old drive. Their rates are fair and the service is quick and the quality of work is highly professional. I recommend their services to anyone. Thanks, Todd and all the RB's staff.

STAY AWAY! I brought my MacBook pro in for a screen replacement and was told it will be over $100 to inspect the computer. I asked if I would have to pay that even if it couldn't be fixed? He said (owner I believe) typically no, just depends what we have to do to diagnose the computer. I thought that was fair and went along with dropping my computer off to get fixed for a hopefully reasonable price.
I get a update saying my computer needs the screen replaced. Which I already knew when dropping off my device. I was also informed that the part is out of stock and they will keep an eye on it and try to get one soon. More time goes by with no luck so I pick up the computer and get charged over $100 just for them to look up a part and tell me something I was already aware about with my computer. Disappointing but it is what it is.
Until now, is why I am extremely upset and writing this review. Apple has since fixed my mac for under $700 and his quote was about $800 if I remember correct. (but he couldn't even end up getting the part.) So even if he would have fixed my computer I would still have been at over $100 loss. I suggest anyone to at least check apple pricing first as in my case that should have been my first choice. At least my computer is fixed now but this company didn't deserve any of my money just to overquote me and take a service charge for looking a part up.

Brought in my Razor was told they charge a $59 Diagnostic fee which would go towards fixing my laptop, i was told my charger was not putting out enough power and he could fix the cable and that the laptop issue was a blown fuse on the motherboard which they can not do. Went to pick up and the did not fix anything they claimed they would and still insisted on charging me. Took it to techmate no diagnostic charge, charger just needed a wire re wrapped and micro soldering $50. RB needs to be better customer service never fixed anything.

Not really impressed with their pricing. My daughter brought her laptop in because it was having issues. They claimed to have fixed it, but the next day she tried to use it and it didn't work. We paid them $120 for the work and had to bring it back in just to find out they couldn't fix it. They refused to refund her the money she spent, but rather give her a discount if she needed any further work done on a different item. I believe they knew it was unfixable and took her money. I get having a diagnostic fee, but not a $120 fee.

I have nothing but high praises for RBs! I brought in my business computer for a simple tune up which led to another issue. After their tech was not able to resolve it they immediately offered to resolve the issue by rebuilding my computer (at no cost to me). And. They had me back up and running within a day! A special THANK YOU to Amy and Todd who graciously answered all of my questions with kindness and honesty! Their customer service is superior to none! I can 100% recommend their services!

These guys are great. Reasonably priced and friendly. I swapped my gaming PC into a new case and couldn't get it to boot. I was asked about what happened, he did a diagnosis and found the power supply randomly failed. I was able to warranty the part myself and he installed the new one. And like that I was back up and running. These guys are good. I think anywhere else I would have been charged for a bunch of parts I didn't need. The technician kept all my cables clean and neat and did a excellent job. Thanks again guys.

I'm guessing my experience was not typical (at least I hope not), but nevertheless it did happen. I brought my laptop in to have a piece of hardware replaced and the tech working on my computer went through my files and copied some of my downloaded music and movies to a portable thumb drive. I know this to be true because I have computer monitoring on my laptop and it takes a screen shot every 5 seconds.
I watched them go through my files as if it were their own computer. It broke all trust I have with RB's and would never go back. Hopefully I am the only one they did this to but it's most likely I am not.
