Charles Hilyard opened Hilyard's Business Solutions (originally Hilyard's Inc.) in Wilmington, DE in 1959. He built his business on two ideals: A commitment to integrity and a belief in the value of hard work. We've stayed true to that maxim, which has created successful partnerships for more than 50 years.

I started working with Charles Hilyard a year prior to my prior lease being up for renewal this past June. Over that time period Charles followed up with me a few times to keep me updated and keeping in touch. Always very professional and respectful of my time. I wanted to lease a good used copier and when one was available, Charles worked with me to navigate canceling my lease at the end of the term.
The customer service has been fantastic as we learned how to use the new copier and service issues. Charles will follow up on a regular basis to see how things are going and the service is first in class! I recently purchased a large format printer from Hilyard's without checking around purely based on the high quality of service I have received. Great products and service!

They looked at a HP printer for me that was not working. They said it would be a couple of days to get it looked at. 2 hours later they called with the estimate. That's very fast service that was beyond my expectations. They agreed with me that it was cheaper to replace then repair. Very nice and honest people. I would do business with them again anytime.
