I was traveling and had issues with my laptop. I found AtaDatA and went in.they were super helpful and did everything they could to get my issue repaired. I ended up buying a computer from them as mine was dead, but Jessie was able to retrieve all my data from the deceased hard drive. Excellent customer service and fair prices! Highly recommend these guys!

Horrible customer service, old clunky equipment returned and the hard drive they gave me does not even work. It took two months to transfer data. Worth the drive to another city.

They have the perfect business model. Don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails, be oblivious to the fact I will actually pay you for your service. I can't comprehend how they are in business. Maybe the hot dog place is keeping them afloat.

They do not answer the phone or the door. and when you finally get a hold of somebody they don't have a clue of what they are doing. i knew more than they did. and i'm just an auto mechanic. go there for a laugh nothing else.

Had a video card problem, Justin fixed it in a couple hours. Very satisfied with the service and price. My AMD HP tower wouldn't take my MSI graphics card. I asked 3 of my geeky friends and spent about 4 hours total to get nowhere. They got me taken care of in no time. Thanks Justin :
