Computer Reboot

Once again Computer Reboot did everything I asked at a very reasonable price. Always great service. As always highly recommended.

Took in a laptop that was damaged to see if it could be repaired. Charged $50 deposit. Get a call the next day saying "it's motherboard damage, there's nothing to be done." Expected that might be a possibility. Get back to the store to pick up the laptop, they pass it to me with screws literally falling out onto the counter. No paperwork, no check out process.

I had to ask to get the cord back. He just stood and asked, "did you pay the deposit?" I responded yes. "Ok then your all set." I asked $50 for just a look? He responded, "yeah that's our consultation fee." Would have been nice to know when I dropped it off. Honestly frustrated, getting it back with screws falling out, them trying to keep my cord, and suspiciously no work order? No more business for them.

I came in looking to upgrade my computer and the guy didn't know anything to tell me about what ports do what and what I can do with them, I make computers with parts and your imagination is the limit, so what happened to all the bins of computer parts or even outdated parts like video cards, ram, sound cards, CPUs, I use to love coming here cuz the possibilitys were limitless now you've gone and sold out gone mainstream going here's pointless for creation it's just for fixing computers

The big guy who works there is grossly rude. Do not give this hole your business. They need to learn how to talk to people and be kind to EVERY person who comes in. I'll make sure nobody I know EVER goes here and hopefully they'll be out of business before too long since most small businesses like it will. They deserve it.

These folks are FANTASTIC! I've had them do on-site work, and taken equipment to them. They're experts. I also appreciated that they were more interested in making my equipment work properly than in selling me replacements! That says a lot about how they operate. They're service-oriented, honest and reliable folks.

Built my own gaming computer plugged in headphones and Jack caused direct short to case. Could not get computer to come back on. Called computer reboot they said we will look at it. Took it in and talked to Phil he was very knowledgeable and I new I had come to the right place. I got a phone call from tech Jamie and after consutation and explanation we soon decided best solution was a new case. Jamie installed every thing in new case plus upon my request water cooling and new fans and lights.

I am totally impressed by the clean look of this build. I thank you Phil and Jamie for your excellent service knowledgeable advice and kindness. This is why computer reboot will continue to be in business for a long time.

Great staff and fast turn around times! We had a technical issue with our store that killed the whole network connection and rendered our computers and card readers useless. Computer Reboot was more then accommodating helping us out on the DAY THAT THEY WERE CLOSED! Best customer service you could ever ask for. Massive recommendation!
