Cyberback Internet

I was a wireless customer since 2011 and have always received great customer support! They have bent over backwards to keep my service at a level where I could work from home! Fiber was hooked up this morning and I'm so excited! All techs involved have been professional and worked with us to make sure all was how we wanted before leaving. Thank you TCW!

We have had problems with this service since day one! We have the high speed package and, at best, a dead turtle could bypass the speed! Our service goes out multiple times a day! Every day! When you call customer service(which is a joke) good luck getting an actual person on the phone. We have had them out numerous times to get it corrected only for them to tell us we need to cut down some trees to get better service. OUR NEIGHBORS TREES! Unfortunately, for now, this is the only internet service out here. As soon as theres another provider, we are on it! This company is a joke. Their service is a joke!

Had fiber installed to my house today. Service was amazing. Paul from sales was very easy work with and was very responsive to phone calls. Customer service was very good and was refreshing coming from AT&T. The crew that installed the fiber was professional and got the job done in just over an hour. Highly recommend.

There's a lot of issues with downtown, equipment replacement, or other issues that affect usability of the service. The customer support is usually responsive for the first call you make but don't expect any follow up to be done to ensure your problem is resolved. Just enough customer service to make you think they'll help, without having the attention span or true desire to get it done.

Also pretty pricey considering everything. Don't worry though, if you need a higher speed, they might call you and offer you a free upgrade if you give them a five star Google review. You know. Bribing

We have been very impressed with our internet speed, especially with 6 or more devices going all the time. Customer service and technical support have always been extremely helpful when questions arise. The price is very affordable. We have been very happy with our switch. We are incredibly grateful that we finally had more than one option for internet services and TCW is the BEST option for internet.

Great customer service! Our issues with stable connection and consistent speed were addressed in a timely fashion. Technician Marshall was especially helpful when he replaced our router/extender hardware. All employees with whom I have spoken have been courteous and professional.

We have been very pleased with our service at TC Works! The set up and install was quick and painless, customer service is pleasant (although we have only needed it once) and the quality and speed is superior to any in our area! Highly recommend TC Works for your needs!

TCW has always provided excellent customer service. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. One time we had a state power outage and they set up generators to keep the network up so that customers can have the best service. They truly care about their customers and about providing the best coverage. Their prices are very comparable to their competitors who don't hold a candle to the service they provide. I would recommend TCW 100%.

I have had several different internet providers at two different rural locations. Once we contracted with TCW we gladly stayed with them. Our first location we weren't always able to stream but the second has been great! They have been great in responding when needed. Their servicemen are always polite and professional. I love our TCW!

They have the absolute best customer service ever! We live in a difficult to reach area and required more help than just a hook-up. They were diligent until they got it right! Quick to respond to our calls and always polite! Absolutely love them! Will always be a faithful customer! Have been treated unfairly by the other guys so I really appreciate their care and service!

Service was fine, until I got a call from a guy saying my upload was too fast for what I was paying, so they throttled me down, since then I have had constant problems, I can call, and magically it will work ok for a couple days, then speeds drop again where it takes 5 minutes to pull up gmail. The only other thing where I live is satellite, and ping sucks with that, TC works knows this, that's why they charge double in rural areas that they do for the same service in the city. To me that seems pretty shady.

Terrible service. Months of unreliable Internet and non stop excuses as to why it's not working. Just as bad as Windstream. Speeds are hit or miss and more often than not it is slower than dial up. Today it's not working at all. When you ask them why one should pay the bill the response is "so we don't disconnect the service". Well there is no service to disconnect so who cares turn it off. Don't buy there Internet as there is none.

Sucks! Should be rated -0! Wyndham FairfieldBay gives free (non-streaming) Internet. Only way to get streaming to read email or use anything is to purchase package from this company & it kicks you off every 2 minutes & makes you resign in. There is no cell service in the area either.
