The small speaker next to the camera didn't work, so we took it here they charged 29$ for a check up they cleaned the dust that was inside and couldn't fix it they wanted to charge 390 to go further I didn't want to. But the next day I was playing a video for my toddler on my phone and none of the speakers work well now! They couldn't fix my phone but damaged it more.

Great company. Loved working there. Techs work hard repairing units. Drivers are courteous and do a great job. Customer Service agents are one in a million. Owner was pretty cool too, she actually listens to the employees concerns. 4 stars because the snacks in the break room need to be upgraded, lol

Thorough, complete, accurate and helpful. Booked appointment through Apple web site. Super happy Computer Care had the earliest available appointment. Very pleased with the accurate through diagnostic performed on Apple MacBook Pro. Also appreciative of the thorough report both in email and paper form. Found the whole service experience to be efficient, friendly, welcoming and most importantly accurate.
Since the hardware is my employer's I couldn't get Computer Care to handle the repair. The diagnosis report was extremely helpful to share with my employer IT department. Computer Care is now my go to place for any hardware or phone service. Highly recommend Computer Care over the Apple store for service. For the same problem the Apple Store appointment didn't diagnose the hardware problem and only repeated the test I already ran.
Next time I won't waste time with the Apple Store and will be making all appointments to Computer Care. Pleased that they also service non-Apple hardware too. Thank you Computer Care!

SCAM ALERT! Do not go here to repair anything from Apple! I went to Apple retail store recently because of a dead pixel on my screen, they said I have to leave my mac there to repair however I couldn't so I told them I'll wait until I have time. The tech and I checked it was only a dead pixel, no damage whatsoever. *NOTE I took pictures of my damage free screen.
Then a few days later my screen went dark and I chatted with the Apple team and they recommended me to THIS place for faster repair if I can't leave my laptop with the Apple retail. I went in with my laptop to be dropped off for diagnosis. An hour later received an email saying that my screen is cracked and I will get charged $715. AGAIN my laptop was damage free besides the dead pixel.
Long story short I went in with a completely fine laptop only to fix the dead pixel which should be covered under my warranty ONLY to leave with a cracked screen laptop! OF COURSE I declined the repair! Luckily I went back to Apple and they had record that my laptop was NOT cracked and was able to assist me with the repair. ON TOP OF THAT the repair was only $428 at the Apple retail store. They are trying to SCAM people! Lesson of the day, NEVER TRUST 3rd party places even if they are authorized!

A little tricky to find. They are in an office park in between Central Pkwy & Scott Blvd. Easier to access from Central (if coming from east) and Scott Blvd (if coming from west). Due to COVID, they have a very specific protocol and I must say, it could be a bit clearer, it can be fairly convoluted which order you do things in. Best to make an appt through Apple Support (if you have an Apple device) as the place to start. (They do NOT take walk-ins at present, NOR do you have ANY contact with a human for drop-off & pickup of your device) Then, follow all the instructions in the emails they send you (click the link to start a work ticket, etc.) If you, like me, neglect to read the email they send and start a work ticket at home, they have an iPad there, where you will create one, when you come at your appointment time.
Either way, they will then give you the number of a locker. Inside the locker is a lock. Place your device inside the locker and lock it with the lock provided and you're done. Don't forget to remove any cases, as they won't return them. As I said earlier, you won't be able to speak to or see anyone. They will contact you later with a diagnosis and ask if you want to proceed.
You have to keep monitoring your email waiting for the diagnosis and then waiting for the email telling you your device is ready and then the email with the link to pay and the email that tells you which locker your fixed device will be in and the lock code is. It's a lot of waiting for an email. Honestly, it's a huge pain in the ass, but on the upside, they are an authorized Apple repair place so you have peace-of-mind they know what they are doing and their prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't say they are "fast" (5 hours to replace iPhone battery) but probably fastER than dealing with the lines & appointment schedule of the Apple store.

Amina and Vanessa took GREAT (computer) care of me today! Time and time again dealing with ComputerCare or its associates and I am completlely pleased. Why go to Apple and wait in a line for hours? Vanessa and Amina will assist you with all you need APPLE! Such speedy time! My cracked phone was done being worked on well within the two hour timespan they had. True customer service and quality care at Computer Care:) Thank you, Ladies-- you truly saved my day!

The spacebar on my MacBook stopped working and I couldn't wait for Apple stores to reopen during SIP. Computer Care was recommended and they had really strict no-touch COVID 19 procedures. They fixed my baby quickly and even did a battery check and replaced that. They were super nice on the phone and easy to work with. The only reason I'm not giving the 5 stars is because I think the COVID procedures were so new and not quite running as smoothly as possible. (I had to call on both ends to get a locker assigned.)

I was told that if I drop off my device by 1pm, they could run the diagnostic test, and return the device in same day. I was happy to have the option, and planned my day around that. But they ended up keeping my device without being able to run the test because they got other customers in line (which I can understand), and then blamed me for expecting it same day. Look, the lock down has not made it easy on anyone, and I understand things can get busy, but customers have their own lives and they have to plan their whole day around expectations of when they can get their devices back.
If the answer is "hey, things are busy and we dont know when I will have your device back", then just say that so customers can plan accordingly. Be transparent and stick to the expectations that you set.

They had excellent customer service. Vanessa was so professional and went out of her way to help me. The 3 stars is for their price. I got charged $304 to fix a cracked iPhone screen. Phone was otherwise fully functional. I found out my AppleCare+ warranty was expired once I arrived. Because of the SIP I wasn't able to get an appointment with anyone else sooner. $304.11 is highway robbery.

Only giving 2 stars because the nice lady who welcomed me in. Other than that, the receptionist that helped me after was very rude. I made an appointment with apple over the phone and they ensured me this company was going to be able to access my macbook issues. I was already VERY skeptical because I don't usually trust these type of business but the apple employee told me it would be handled just as it would be at apple. WRONG!
The receptionist took 2 seconds to look at my laptop and said "we can't do anything here go to apple"? Then when I tried to have her explain what I can do next she was very rude and just continued to rush me out saying "just go to apple." Save your time and just make an appointment at the actual apple store. From my experiences appointments there are more professional. Will not be returning to this place.

Had a confirmed appointment by Apple to bring my I phone for a battery replacement. Arrived on time, and the receptionist told me that I had no appointment. Showed her my confirmation email from Apple. Her attitude was, "That is not our problem, we are very busy, so talk to Apple" Keep away from this company.

I brought my Lenovo in because of a screen issue. I already tried running Lenovo diagnostics and looked online if anyone had similar issues, to no luck. Lenovo sent me here since my computer is 14 months old and out of warranty and this was the nearest authorized service center. They did the exact Lenovo diagnostics test I did and barely looked at the issue afterward.
Only difference is it cost me $65 instead of 2 seconds of double-clicking the diagnostics tool. Save your money, you're better off spending $40 on a toolkit and reading a tutorial on iFixit than even bothering to drive here.

I've been using ComputerCare for warranty repairs on various laptops throughout the years (in the neighborhood of 15), no problems. They used to be in Mountain View, then relocated to Santa Clara recently, in January 2016. All I've got to report is positive: quick and professional service and timely repairs. That's all, folks.

This isn't a computer repair shop. They are an authorized service center. Therefore they will refuse to work on 95% of the computers out there. However, since they do work on Lenovo and mac etc, they may be helpful to you. 1 star off for posing as a computer repair shop. 1 star off for recommending I take my PC to best buy for repairs.

I'm very thankful for this company as it saved me the headache of visiting an overcrowded Apple Store at Valley Fair. I came here because of my iphone5. My phone wouldn't turn on anymore. The diagnostic test i had run on it 3 months ago at Apple in Hong Kong ( I moved temporarily to HK) said my battery was done. But, I wanted a second opinion in the USA.
So Computer care did the diagnostic test and said that the "mother board" of the phone needed replacement. And the battery was fine. They would send it to Apple to get it fixed on my behalf. This would take about 3-5 days. Anyway.the cost would be $278 to do this. A battery replacement would have been $85. But after all that, I decided not to fix the phone. If I would be Paying $300 to fix it, I might as well get a iPhone6+! Thank you computer care for your thorough assessment and clear communication!
