The rust from the old site was showing through and was in dire need of updates and a fresh paint job. My phone was stolen from our Air BnB and I had been tracking it all day. It was taken to this computer shop. I called the second I saw it here and the guy who answered had ZERO interest in helping me and then hung up on me. I never even got a chance to ask for a manager. I have notified the police and a report was taken. Just a warning for those bringing your items here.

This store is a hidden gem! They are the only electronic store in Nashville that can handle all of your electronic needs and bonus: they are a great Amazon hub for those who have a need for package delivery without a dedicated address. I am not from Nashville so my GPS guided me to a totally different location. I called Computer House and Daniel was very helpful with getting me to the right place.
He stayed on the phone with me until I pulled into the parking lot. When I got inside to receive my delivery it was not where it was supposed to be but Larry did not stop until my package was found. The customer service here is beyond stellar! Larry was also kind enough to help me load my package in the car. They are located next to a really cute park and next door to cool studio that hosts weekly events! Computer House in Nashville has so much to offer but I'm going to stop here. Go see for yourself!

I have used the services of Computer House for many years for both my business and my home computer needs. I cannot say enough good things about Richard and Joe who always go above and beyond to make things work right, build a new computer, help me over the phone or any other computer needs that I or my business might need. Honest, fair, trustworthy and available- that is the staff at Computer House.

I decided to build my next Gaming PC and after realizing I was in WAY over my head, I turned to Joe at Computerhouse Inc. He not only built me the computer of my gaming dreams, but he was extremely reasonable on price. I highly recommend them for your PC and component needs. Here's a pic of their good work.

Had a broken laptop keyboard. They gave me a fixed price to fix. When they took it apart, everything was hard mounted, which was way more labor intensive. The good news is they did not charge more. They honored their pricing. Professional and done in a timely manner. I would recommend their services for any computer work.

Great people. My motherboard fried and they were able to get me the exact same one at a very reasonable price. It actually came the very next day. People are very friendly, they tell you exactly what is wrong, and how much it's going to cost to fix it. Prices are reasonable, and they are knowledgable and friendly. I won't take my machine anywhere else.

Been to a lot computer repair places over the years. never found reasons to returned to any one of them. Found a place just up the road. Nice guys, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Had my laptop repaired same day at their minimum rate. Very pleased. I have finely found a regular place to get my computer gear repaired.

Have used their repair service several times over the past 10 years or so. They have always been fast, effective and reasonably priced, and have given me advice that included going to other vendors when the option being discussed would have been more cost-effective for me. I have recommended Computerhouse to others and will continue to.

This was the 2nd time in the last 12 months that I have had to get a computer fixed. The first was my laptop and now it was the desktop! Both times the guys at Computerhouse diagnosed and fixed the problem (with parts being ordered) in 24 hrs. The service was top notch (thanks Richard!) and the repairs correct, reliable and very well priced. The estimate was dead on except for the extras I requested; no surprises. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs help with their computer. They are my go to computer guys from now on.

I had my computer fixed here after ordering the part it still only took one day. As this was my business computer I was very pleased to get it back so quick. I had been quoted a higher price at another store but that was too much and with a much cheaper price at computer house it was worth fixing and not replacing it. Richard was very helpful and I will definatly use them again if needed.

They claim to be experts. They even claim to know better than the manufacturer. Let me explain. When I bought my laptop I asked to have the maximum allowable memory installed which which was 2 gigs. To be installed properly it required "no more than a single gig in each slot" as per manufacturers explicit instructions in black and white. They installed a 2 gig chip in a slot designed for a single gig instead.
When it surfaced as a problem they claimed my laptop worked fine up till then and was beyond warranty so tough luck even though correcting the configuration elsewhere solved my problem. I wonder what they would have told me had I modified my laptop contrary to manufacturer's specs? They would have had me bare the expense of correcting the problem I suspect.
I also wonder how any of those guys would have reacted if an auto dealer modified their car outside of manufacturer's specs and it proved to be a problem later? Also, on another occasion, they quoted me a price for a keyboard repair. When I picked it up it was $80 more than the quote. When I asked about the discrepancy in the previous "verbal" quote they claimed never to have talked to me about the price.
I wonder how the price I claimed was the exact price of the keyboard only? How did I get that figure anyway?.must have been a lucky guess. For these instances they ( I don't mention names because it was clear that they circled the wagons) it was insinuated, in not very vague language, that I was a liar and a thief. Phrases like you're trying to rip us off" and 'nobody ever said that to you" were used.
Pretty strong language for a service oriented industry. The more professional and customer oriented responses would have been "sorry if there was a mis-communication" in the second instance and "maybe we can investigate the problem further" in the first. I would have been satisfied with those kind of responses, but no, they had to go nuclear right away.
They claim that they haven't had a complaint for years. Probably true since they were woefully unprepared to handle one once they got one. Probably, for obvious reasons, most of their customers have to take their word for things. They don't realize that there are some people out their that understand a bit more than they do so they won't ever have the occasion to provide their services to those people that know more than they claim to know.
I certainly know better than to return to them now and I urge others to take their business elsewhere. If you do buy something from them think twice before expecting them to be civil about any problems. I find more integrity and better service in auto repair shops.
