We are so happy to have found PC Specialists! Brian was referred to us by a friend who has had her business and personal computer needs handled by PC Specialists for the past ten years. Brain came to our home to diagnose a problem we were having with an older computer. We were very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and reliability. About two months later we decided to replace our computer with a new one. Brian was very honest and offered to give us his opinion on any computer we decided to buy, no pressure to buy from him.
In the end we decided to go with one of the computer systems that Brian felt would suit our needs. He set up and installed the new computer and transferred all our data. He was also very generous with his time and tutored us until we felt comfortable. Excellent customer service! We will call PC Specialists for all our computer needs! Thank you Brian!

For many years, Brian at PC Specialists has been building, fixing and keeping me informed about the best use of my computers. Most recently he assembled a new, tailor-made system and then remotely recovered some files I had inadvertently deleted. The personal service and exceptionally high level of technical competence make this the only computer vendor I would consider.

Both George & Brian are great! Had a bad hard drive that stopped working and originally took it to another shop that had it for over a week and failed to retrieve anything. The other shop quoted me over $2700 to recover the data and charged me $75.00 just to tell me that the hard drive was bad! I already knew that, I just wanted to know if they could retrieve my data or not.
Anyway I was referred to PC Specialists from a friend and was pleasantly surprised by the father & son team. Brian was able to recover all my files in 2 days and only charged me $300.00. Also after showing me the files and allowing me to check and verify everything was there, Brian spent an extra 20 minutes explaining and answering all my questions on how best to backup my data and to prevent something like this from happening. PC Specialists certainly knew a lot more than the other shop. I will always bring my computers to these guys!

I'm so surprised by the other reviews on here. i thought the father/son duo were very professional, and i didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off. they always explained all of my options and didn't pressure me to go with the most expensive one. they also were great about returning phone calls. i'd go back again

I took my computer in becasue I had left it a hot area. The screen was not functioning well and my computer would get real hot. Pc Specialist had my compter for eight days and I paid $250.00 for it to be fixed., When I brought it home I had the same problem with screen and the heating of the computer. Instead of placing a brand new LCD (screen) he had placed a used one on my computer without telling me.
I called and explained the situation and I took it in again. He told me he will have to keep it for another few days which was not acceptable to me. When I told him that I will need it right away, he raised his voice and told me to shut up and that he will keep my computer for another two weeks. I told him that I will call the cops and that he will have to return my computer.
He was real rude and kept telling me to shut up and that he is going to throw me out of his store. I finally got my computer from him and left his store. I am notifiying my credit card company to place a stop on the $250.00 charges. Please please do not take you computer there he is a nighmare. AZ

We had a terrible experience here. My fiancee and I dropped off her laptop for a diagnosis and possible repair of a fan. When we heard nothing the first day, we called. Nothing had been done. We were misled several times on telephone calls. The "story" changed every time we called. Exasperated, we called, said we were unhappy, and advised that we wished to pick up the laptop.
We went to the business to pick up the computer, and we were met with hostility by the owner, George Huang, who told us we were wrong to be unhappy. He was threatening and rude. All we wanted was to quietly sign for and take her laptop elsewhere. Mr. Huang even said he had been there 37 years and wanted to know how long we had lived in the area. He raised his voice and followed us out of the store, yelling at us. This was one of the saddest, yet scariest, encounters we have had in a long, long time.

I drop off my laptop to get fixed, a week later I pick it up and not even 24 hours after the repair the same issue comes up. I have to go back and he says he's getting the same exact part because he doesn't know why the same problem happened again. Excellent. Two weeks and no laptop. I called and he keeps hanging up on me and telling me 'i have customers I have no time for this'.
I guess if a customer isn't in front of you he/she does not count as a customer (or in my case, a paid customer) I called last Thursday and he said it would be done Saturday. Saturday comes, no call. I called him this morning and he yelled and hung up on me saying he has customers and his schedual does not revolve around me. No customer service. No respect. This experience was a nightmare.
