This has by far been one of the best decisions I've made for my family, the company, the never ending experience gives me drive, the opportunity that was presented to me is exactly what I got, I've been a franchisee for almost 1 1/2 years and the flexibility is honestly what I love most. Horrible experience with this company. They were fine selling you a product that they recommended.until it was the wrong product, and you had to return it. Then, you get the run-around. If you ordered it expedited, you would only get an invoice for the cost of materials - no quote beforehand on cost of expedited shipping, no invoice after the fact that included the shipping cost, and when you return the materials, YOU have to pay return shipping.
My wife has sent multiple emails asking for clarification, and she only gets "This is what you ordered" responses. I don't know how this company hasn't been investigated by the government, because he certainly reeks of SCAM COMPANY. If I could give zero stars, I would. BUYER BEWARE!
