This is a store with a gorgeous interior and wonderful staff. My wife bought me a wonderful new lens for Christmas under staff Shane's recommendation. She was very complimentary of how great he was. I experienced this myself yesterday with a one on one tutorial of how to best use that lens yo achieve my goals of photographing my kids' sports activities and some occasional vacation shots. Shane was very knowledgeable, helpful, and real! I will definitely do all my camera business needs at this location!

I would highly recommend going to these guys with any and all questions and camera purchases. Not only do they know their stuff but they get to know you as a person and ask question to get a feel of what you are trying to accomplish. I went into the store with the intent to purchase a pretty expensive lens. The guy without hesitation got the lens and answered all my questions, let me test the lens but then started asking question and got to know what I wanted to capture and accomplish in my pictures.

He could have easily sold me this expensive lens with no issues because in my mind this is what I needed and had some knowledge on the lens but not enough to know better. But he took the time to ask questions and get to know what I wanted to capture in my pictures. By him taking the time to ask questions, he recommended another lens that was comparable but would allow me to capture things that were closer to me as well and was an all-in-one lens and was also half the price.

He talked to me about the differences between each camera and ultimately left the decision up to me. There was no pressure or me feeling like I was getting taken advantage of. I will absolutely go back to these guys for all my future purchases.

I was coming from a different state for my sister's wedding. A last minute wedding photographer need led me to find Cardinal and I'm so happy that I did. I worked with Shane on the phone, who was such an immense help. He worked with my needs, held several pieces of equipment for me until I flew in, and helped me with additional last minute needs when I got there.

The store is clean and full of goodies (oh the awesome film cameras they had), everyone was friendly, and the price was incredibly reasonable. I can't recommend enough, they even had a sensor cleaning station! Shane, you saved my life and my sister's wedding memories and despite my frantic energy you stayed calm and helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have purchased all my cameras at Cardinal Camera since 1988. And it's a lot of cameras! The service Is always wonderful. If I ever have any issues, they are taken care of immediately and with excellent service. I really appreciate it, and will continue to shop at Cardinal for my photography needs. Thank you!

For more than 40 years Cardinal Camera has been my go to store. To usher in 2022, I decided that I needed a second a1 - as usual Kurt didn't disappoint! Shane is always there with great suggestions and a positive comment on my work. Scott takes care of ensuring the layers of dust are removed from my equipment after a trip. Claire provided the New Years 2022 glasses in the pic today - wish I could post in this review. Kurt you have a great team with a fabulous customer facing image. This is my first time to Cardinal Camera, the service was great. The owner Kurt and Scott are super nice. Two lens I'm looking for, every where is back-order or new item coming soon, I can't believe I order the Tamron 35-150 for Sony, Canon RF 24-105 two days ago, I can pick up today. I have been using Cardinal Camera for many photo needs for at least 8+ years. Camera bodies, lenses, bags, memory cards, paper photo conversions to digital, canvas prints and more. Kurt and his staff have been absolutely great! And there are local events at the store and elsewhere, including classes and visits from vendors. Always friendly and courteous, patient answers to questions, and solid advice and service! Can't go wrong!

I couldn't be more pleased than I was with my recent buying experience at Cardinal Camera. The staff there is always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, and that includes everyone from the owner through every single salesperson I've had the opportunity to be served by. They have a nice product selection as well. I would highly recommend making Cardinal Camera your first stop for your photographic needs.

I honestly feel very fortunate that Cardinal Camera is a local business for me and that I can go there anytime I'm looking for new or used photographic equipment. I've always left there happy.with their service and my purchases.

Called asking about potentially repairing my homebuilt PC. Employee was very short and rude with me. He cut me off in the middle of a sentence while I was explaining my symptoms, said my PC was too old to be repaired without even looking at it, and then had the nerve to TRY AND SELL ME A USED PC. This place will not be in business long.

Expensive, noone around to answer questions almost like they actively avoid customers, hardly any selection compared to stuff you can get on the internet. Employees seems distant, not very knowledgable. Pretty sad operation considering how expensive the prices are.
