Hardparts is situated conveniently in downtown Ravenna @ 244 West Main Street. Our goal is to supply quality client products and service to individuals and businesses. We aim to keep computer downtime to a minimum, especially for businesses. Our mission is to have repeat clients seeking upgrades or new features, not due to inferior products.

These people fixed my computer, helped recover my business data, helped me get my back-up straightened out, so I'll never have to panic again over a crashed computer. They spent time with me explaining how to run the back-up and run maintenance programs to keep it clean. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had to call them after going home and they walked me through getting things back together without any other costs.
