I have been here a couple time and service was good, My last visit, was do to a laptop frozen. It was an expensive laptop that was about 1 year old. They told me that it could not be fixed and gave a range of issues with it beyond frozen and it was not worth trying to fix. Stopped by to pick it up and they were very surprised I wanted my laptop back as they thought they would keep it and dispose of it. Brough it home did a default restart and computer worked fine. Had good exp prior to this but this was a little shady and I will have to find other options.

BROKE MY LAPTOP SCREEN AND DIDN'T MENTION IT The people that work here seem fairly knowledgeable, but their honesty is another matter. When I went to pick up my laptop, which had a broken hinge, the man said that it wasn't worth it to fix the laptop and that I should get a new one. Fair enough. What he failed to mention WAS THAT HE BROKE MY SCREEN while fixing it.
I understand that things happen, it's just shady that I had to figure out the screen got broken when I got home. Definitely not someone I would trust with my expensive electronics ever again.

Bill and Andrew at MTA were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. They were able to successfully recover my data! Bill and Andrew kept me updated throughout the process, cleaned up browsers and drives, and updated my system. I highly recommend using them for all of your computer needs! Don't wait until your computer crashes

Thanks to Bill and Andrew at Midwest computers again. Bought a new computer a while back at a big box. Had an issue and the computer would lock up. I tried everything to get it to work and it would lock up again. I returned to the store I purchased and guess what, 10 days out of warranty. Told me I should have bought their extended warranty. I asked if they could at least look at it and they quickly quoted the costs for a look see and said it could be 2 or 3 days.
I didn't have that time to wait. I went to Bill because he has helped me in the past with issues. I explained what happen and he said to leave it and they could look at it in a few hours, Two hours later he called and it was a simple software issue and not the computer. They had run a diagnostic scan, reset whatever and it was up and running again. Been running better than ever, so glad it was something simple and the cost was minimal. Thanks again Bill. You two are honest and dependable!

I have gone to Midwest a couple of times for different needs. I know Bill since he is VERY active in the community! 1st time I needed a quick laptop for a presentation. Luckily he had one in stock. But what he really helped me out with was a virus on my desktop. He was able to save my computer and also fixed a memory card issue. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and will share with you exactly what he did to help fix the problem.
In addition, I know that he has a steady flow of customers, but Bill and his staff still gives personal attention to each person who walks in the door! The price is great and the service is better. Highly recommend!
