In addition to expedited service when your computers are brought into our location, PC Express Pro customers are also given the option for on-site service as well as pick-up and delivery.
I've tried other repair places, and have found them to be time-consuming, expensive, and really frustrating. PC Express took care of my computer quickly and for much less than I anticipated. Customer service is A-1 at PC Express CRC, and highly recommend them as the first line of defense in resolving the myriad of "e-glitches" and PC problems that plague today's user. While every possible computer failure might not be immediately repairable - it won't be for a lack of skilled effort on the part of technicians. Moreover, unlike many businesses, if they can't make the repair they won't leave you "high and dry" or charge for services they didn't deliver. But they will make referral to those that specialize on the unique nature of the problem for the best possible result.

I called these people.asked about the "zeus virus alert" on windows 10 a pop up.the guy who answered sounded like he did not know a dam thing about computers.also he said they charge 1500 bucks to remove a virus.bahhhhaa! lol!.i use norton thru xfinity and I dont have a virus.its malware and adware.he suggested nothing. My 5 year old niece sounded smarter than this idiot. Lol!

I went in just to get my keyboard replaced and the only expense they charged is the price of the keyboard. They were super friendly and did everything they could to help. They went above and beyond their requirements when there were complications and their service was so good that it was worth a tip.
